I paid $19.90 to have my phone unlocked & never received an email from them. I sent them several emails trying to get a unlock code, my money back or at least an explanation. Never heard from them! They r a scam!! Don't use! I did try Your Code Unlock Store after being ripped off by unlock agents & altho they couldn't help me they did stay in contact & refund me my money!!

Unlockagents really did me so badly. They couldn't unlock my phone and did not refund me. They canceled my refund after a long time its been pending. I tried to contact them but they never responded to any of my emails. I don't know if this is how they scam people, but I do know they took my money that I absolutely need as a student. Terrible terrible fraudsters. unprofessional

*****updates one day after writing this review unlockagents refunded me in full. I don't know if its pure coincidence or this review caught their attention. Once now three stars.

These guys were able to unlock my iphone 5 within an hour even though their ETA says 12-72 hrs.
