Only get busy signal.

My phone could not be unlocked but I was happy with communication and fast refund and responses thanks

Only after writing my review on here did someone get in touch with me...
They couldn't unlock my phone and refused to refund me my money.
They just sent an email saying my ticket was closed.

Please be aware that doing business with them will be a hit and miss experience ...more than likely a miss.

Hope this helps other save their money.

It's close to 2 months now I haven't gotten a code or a refund
Told me they are having issues with their PayPal since last month and nothing has been done since then
I want a refund!

I entered the info of my phone my contact Information and paid for service now they wont respond after they charged me

In April I did get an unlockcode very quickly. Thereafter I mailed several times to ANKITA of UnlockNinja because it is not possible to unlock my phone.
Still wainting for an answer............................ And no refund of money!!!!!!!

Claims delivered unlock code, but not the method to implement said code.

Took my money, then refered me back to the manufacturer.

If you want to unlock a Wiko Ride this is not the place.

By the way, no refund!

I am still waiting for an unlock code,or at least one that works.
I put my order in on March 23 2020 and after hounding them got a code in May, that didn't work.
Would I use their 'service' again? No I don't have that much time to waste in life.

I would rate zero stars if I could, no code and i reached out to them and the lady said I couldn’t get a refund and no respond yet since 1month. Scam don’t waste your time

Successful unlock for Samsung A10e, (At&T). It took about a week, which wouldn't have been a problem, except that they originally said that it would be 30 minutes to 2 days. If they would have just said a week it probably would be better... Any way, besides that, they were responsive and respectful, and got the job done at almost half the price of other services.

They have a great support team and they assist you in every step. Even if i couldn't unlock my phone, they manage to give me a quick refund. Their website is reliable.

Unfortunately they were unable to unlock my phone. However they refunded me the cost immediately.

So far not a good experience. TracPhone Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro, still trying to get it unlocked. The instructions seem to be missing a step, no instructions on how to get to the needed key pad their in their instructions.

Very disappointed.Ticket closed many times without solve the problem.My Samsung Galaxy A20 wasn't able to unlock through the SamKEY link was given by Unlock Ninja team member through email.I wrote emails and attached the failed result from SamKEY to Unlock Ninja Support and Miss Ankita email address,unfortunately I haven't get any feedback from them. Since 25/03/2020 until today(10/04/2020),this issue was abandoned.Nobody from Unlock Ninja team members take any responsible for this issue.I paid money to get this service from Unlock Ninja.But,they were failed to unlock my phone and irresponsible about it.I asked for refund as soon as possible.Nobody answer or reply to all of my email.Most of the emails were not get through to their email address and I got emails notification wrote their email address was not found.It's look like they were block or closed the email.All of this matter are really weird.The way Unlock Ninja team members were act,really stress me out.They were took my money without give the right service.I lost my money plus my laptop suffered from a virus came from the SamKEY link they were sent.I want my money back as soon as possible.Please, give my money back!
