8:30 653 bus to Welwyn, was on time at the co op stop on bishops rise, Hatfield. Stopped the bus, got on and was met by a very hostile male driver who informed me I won’t be getting on the bus with a two year old bike. I understand its driver’s discretion as I’ve always been allowed on the bus with this bike. The bus had four people on so it was not full and I explained I’ll only be going two stops when he angrily said”get off the bus”. I get everyone has something going on but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude and disrespectful. A lot if the new UNO bus drivers have no manners and are quite rude.

And 1 star is too much of this absolutely shambles of a bus company. I have been waiting for 1 h for the bus (292). No matter what time I am taking it bus they are changing drivers at Tesco and sometimes there is no driver there (f...surprise) and we wait 20 min in the bus until one shows up. Why are you taking over the route if you are not able to provide a good service. If you have other alternatives don't use it.

What happened today is completely unacceptable. You left us waiting at bus stops without any notification whatsoever — neither at the bus stops nor on the app.

I spent four hours waiting for the 602 bus in the Radlett/Watford area, in 35°C heat, walking from one bus stop to another like an idiot. There were dozens of us at the stops, wandering around like a confused herd, and not a single 602 bus came during those four hours.

I also asked several drivers about the route towards Hatfield, but they gave us incorrect information about which stops to use, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

I understand that you may feel you can get away with treating passengers this way because you are one of the only bus services connecting Watford and Radlett, but what happened today went far beyond what is acceptable.

Passengers deserve accurate information, proper communication about cancellations or disruptions, and a reliable service. Leaving people stranded for four hours in extreme heat with no information or assistance is completely unacceptable.

I expect an explanation for what happened today and, more importantly, I expect you to take steps to ensure this does not happen again.

Extremely poor quality bus service with buses that fail to stick to any sort of schedule, are regularly cancelled for several hours without warning or notification, a customer service team that doesnt exist and bus drivers that ignore being hailed especially when theyre the last bus of the day. No action is ever taken especially with their cranfield connect routes as they know they can take the piss as theyre the only route available. Buses often have the wrong route on all available screens and bus drivers are instructed to force customers tricked by this to buy fresh tickets

Me and my friends where on the bus but we were fine but some random 2 people were spamming the bell and blamed it on us, then she threatened us saying “she will not go anywhere until we got of the bus” so we got off after over nothing, luckily was soon as we got off another 602 come straight away and he was nice enough to let us on for free. But I was very disappointed.

This bus company is a joke. The buses never run or just don’t show up. If you do happen to get one it’s 20 minutes late. When you call to complain or ask questions the lady on the phone is extremely rude. I’ll be using arriva from now on. So much more professional and their buses are always on time with friendly staff

All the time they are late and blame the traffic when the other buses are on time. The drivers are really rude and screaming, lucky for me that I'm not scared. The scanner is not working and they are saying that I don't have money when I have a bus pass. I don't know how they get this contract but I wish someone to cancel it. Before it was amazing, now is like a living hell. They are the worst of the worst. Someone needs to stop them.

Every day i wait for thr 625 bus to take me to stevenage from hatfield at 18:35 but it never comes, the absolute worst bus service in the country and probably the entire world, pathetic joke

Terrible, rude drivers with no manners and I am generalising here without any second thoughts. Witnessed 2 occasions where doors have been closed in front of people and driving off. No returning a salutation so won’t be saying a good morning going forward. Likely I don’t use this service often. I am referring to the 292 from Borehamwood bus. I will be drafting a complaint to the company in any case but thought I’d share this experience

A lot of other reviews have already said what I think. There are some good – even very good – drivers, particularly on the 243 route and among some of the younger drivers on the 614 route. Other routes seem to be more mixed particularly the 602 and 653.

As many other reviewers have noted, the rudeness of some drivers is staggering. Some of the late middle-aged and older male drivers appear to lack even basic politeness and customer service skills. Unfortunately, I don't get the impression that Uno is particularly concerned about this.

Came to leave a review but obviously everything that I would have said is already been said about this uno bus service and still yet nothing is ever been done that's why they don't improve there service's (the worst bus line in the whole UK 🇬🇧 never take this bus)

This company is rubbish, buses are completely ghosted and I had to spend so much money on Uber. Drivers are also rude to passengers, this company should have shut down permanently!

Unreliable terrible service, no point in this bus even being on the road I’ve had to get cabs all week because the bus didn’t turn up. Tried to contact their customer service via phone with no answer just 20 minutes of ringing. Emailed over 5 times with no reply. Hope this service gets replaced with one that actually works. Experience is awful on a daily basis. Hope this service gets replaced - gap in the market for a more reliable service for sure

When I was asleep on the bus ,Daryl (the 843 bus driver) went out of his way to get me home even after he could go home. Absolute legend

my bus didnt show up two days in a row with no warning at all and i wasnt able to get where i needed!!! there was no sign of cancellation or anything it just didnt show up. not happy at all, we’re meant to be able to rely on our public transport.

Crap! Unreliable!C10 Bus!

I forgot my handbag on a 602 bus and was so pleased the driver brought it back to the depot and called for collection.Amazing service!

Absolutely a credit to the company
