Is it possible to remove a debit card from this trash website?

this website days it take 79 minutes to download but it actually takes 8 hours, remove the stupid download speed cap

Total garbage. Paid 2$ for faster download speed, well guess what, the speed of download is totally the same as the free version, full scam!!!!

Why are the download speeds so slow now in the past i remembered that there is no download speed cap why did they add that now i have to pay to get the normal download speed. Also all the files on the website are usually large as it used to download really quickly, however with the download speed cap it would take a day to download the same file compared to before when it took only a few minutes. it used to be the best website for downloading files but now it is one of the worst because of the cap change it back

works if you don't want to pay, but downloading a 60GB file in under an hour is definitely worth the 2 dollars they charge for pro.

Download speeds are horrible, i get like 215/100kbps and even normal downloads are faster, dont use it guys, its too slow. Normally, it would be around 3/4 mbps for a normal download. Even free download manager doesn't go as fast, its almost the same speed but around 300kbps. Please make it faster.

I mostly have up to 2-6MB/s (sometimes 8MB/s) in other downloading websites and even with FDM, Uploadhaven only gave me like dogsh*t 16-48KB/s... And I've seen other people complaining about the pro version so no, i'm not gonna pay for that scam!

I used my credit card to pay for the "download pro" 2- day pass and just 3 days after, my credit card was hacked and started to show unauthorized purchases. I have to cancel it and go through a hard process of disputes and claiming. Please DO NOT give them your credit or debit card information. This website is a scam!!

the download speed is the worst

I wouldnt mind paying 2 dollars for the full speed downloads, but the mfers limit the speed EVEN IF YOU BUY THE PRO VERSION and then say you have to download some program that for sure has a virus inside to get the full speed. Total trash

terrible horrible garbage its taking an hour to download a file less than 1 gigabite and im not spending money to use this site without going insane, absolute garbage.

So I have to pay just to download a file that would take 2 minutes? This trashy site said a NINE GIGABYTE FILE would take 20 HOURS like WTH. Usually it takes 2 MINUTES. you have to pay this trashy site. And then when I did pay, my file i tried downloading failed NINE TIMES. i dont understand whats so hard about this, do not use this site, and it contains a bunch of sketchy scam ads that they dont bother to remove, dont think this site is that safe.

This site is overloaded with ads and redirects. The first time you press the download button it redirects you to a bad site in a new tab that will download a .iso file that has the same name of the file you actually want to download. Pretty sure that's what made my laptop run so bad that I had to reset it. I did think about rating it 2 stars since it is manageable with Adblock, but I decided against it since I can't verify that there aren't trojans in the files. Also the downloads are ridiculously long unless you buy their "Pro" subscription. Just stay away from it.

You have to pay for fast downloads, unlimited downloads per day, skip waiting times, AND NO ADS AND POPUPS

I mean I get it sometimes you have to make ANYTHING a subscription service in 2022. but why do you have to place no ads under a PAYWALL? this is just boring, mega.nz is far more superior.

i downloaded a 200 mb file and it took 20 MINUTES
i did a 70 mb file and it took like 3 mins like this DOES NOT MAKE SENSE WHYYYYYYYYYYYYyy

I am writing this on the day of uploadhaven pro purchase. This pro version has higher download speed when it is used with file download manager so all the bad reviews are written those who don't know how to maximize this pro version potential. I highly recommend it. The average download speed is 4 to 5 Megabytes per second which is about 32 to 40 megabits per second. Some games even touch 10 to 12 Megabytes per second.

uploadhaven is just terrible. oh yeah? on the home page it clearly says: Unlimited bandwidth. We hate bandwidth limits just as much as the next guy. Keep your site running.

First of all, the bandwidth one, i dont agree and second of all why do they gotta say u will have unlimited bandwidth when you have a free subsciption and it says that download speeds are limited and i think their email support is as terrible as fake microsoft tech supports. I just want them to improve alot because there's alot of lying like me getting kilobits instead of MB. SO PLEASE FOR THE FINAL TIME. DO NOT TRUST UPLOADHAVEN OR USE IT.

Upload Haven is actually quite amazing! All the bad reviews are literally people that cant figure out how to use a computer, use Free Download Manager correctly when downloading large files as well as torrents, unable to distinguish between a safe download link that will not infect your system and a nefarious download link disguised as something safe but infects your system with some form of malware, virus, trojan, crypto miner, ransom ware etc etc. I have never once had an issue with upload haven and i use it a few times a month sometimes more often if for example multiple new games were released within a short time of each other or when sharing large files between coworkers for projects currently being worked on. Download speeds are consistently at 10Mb/s at the very least, the average speed is more in the 15 to 30 Mb/s range and I've even reached speeds above 50 Mb/s multiple times. I currently am a Comcast Internet subscriber (currently the only provider that will provide service to my address) and am on the 800 Mb/s Download and 15 Mb/s Upload speed tier which is more than we need as a family but is perfect when all of us are gaming, streaming movies/music/shows or downloading large files. Once fiber is available to my home ill switch immediately but until then Comcast is the only option and has worked fine along with Upload Haven. Having never once had a single issue or nefarious file downloaded via upload haven its obvious user error or people without knowledge of how the internet works is the only reasons you should be having any issues with upload haven because it is legitimately a great service. The only thing i wish was different would be the subscription fee dropped completely but data centers, servers, networking gear and employees to run and service these things cost money so its understandable. Keep up the good work and ignore the people that dont educate themselves how to use the service properly and safely are the ones that run into problems and complain but its really their fault not upload havens.
