I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

From the very first week, my device had a charging problem and could not be properly recharged. I contacted customer support multiple times asking how to proceed. They acknowledged that there was an issue with the device, but after that, communication simply stopped.

I continued using the device only until the battery ran out. Since the issue was specifically related to charging, the product eventually became unusable.

What is most frustrating is not only receiving a defective product, but the complete lack of follow-up and support afterwards. Weeks have passed without any meaningful response or solution.

A company should stand behind its products and support their customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

I hope this review finally gets your attention and leads to a proper resolution of this issue.

I had an issue with an Upright Go 2 (its back cracked during normal use, exposing the internals), and I struggled with their support for 3 months until they finally sent me a replacement device. Overall, the trouble isn't worth it. The device itself has a good idea behind it, but the experience (including customer support) isn't ideal.

It takes forever to set up. It asked you 1000 questions. It won't let you just get to it. I can't tell you how it works because after 30 minutes I'm still unpackaging it and setting it up and answering all their gazillion questions.

I ordered this item in February and have still never received it. The company claims it was sent, but it never arrived.

I have contacted customer service multiple times to request either a replacement or a refund, but my concerns have not been properly addressed. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received the product nor been refunded.

I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

This is a SCAM! The product never gets shipped, no one replies to your emails. I lost $100.

My order has not arrived. I have been unable to reach customer service, as no one has responded to my enquiries. I am beginning to question whether this company is legitimate. I placed the order on 24 May, my card was charged immediately, and I have not received any updates or the product.

The device is defective—no customer service. Not responding at all. Be aware of this company and product. A 110 euros to the trash. The collar is awful and is very noticeable. BE AWARE

Scam, I ordered almost 20 days ago. And nothing. They don't answer any more.

Very disappointing experience with UPRIGHT support.
I purchased the device directly from their website to avoid any issues, but the product arrived without the charger, making the device completely unusable. I contacted support multiple times, provided my order number when requested, and then received no further response.
The product is covered under a 1-year warranty, yet I have still been left with an unusable device sitting in the box.
Poor customer service and lack of communication for a premium-priced product. I expected much better support and resolution.

Also the cost is actually the double of what you see if you are not in US but they won’t communicate that.

Also they don’t answer their email.

This company is a scam! I ordered over a month ago, was charged but never received the product (that was supposed to arrive within 3 business days). I emailed them a few times and never got an answer!

Ok, would be a great option if it didn't need to be connected to an app as it is more hassle and keeps disconnecting.

Do not buy. I was so hopeful for this product. FYI first it does NOT come with the necklace so right off the bat i wasn't sticking this thing to my back and I had to make another purchase. Second, the first one I received literally fell apart after a week or two. They sent me a new one and that worked for about 3 days and now the app cannot locate the device and I have followed all the troubleshooting that customer support sent - nope, still not functional.

Update: is has now been 3 weeks without response. First email sent on 18/03/26. No communication yet unless automated replies.

Description of issue: everything was fine, used it for a few days then went on holidays. When I returned, the device would not work properly then it asked me to re-calibrate. BUT the calibration kept failing over and over. The worst part is that when I tried to go on the support section they only have an email, sent an email and 2 days later still no response. Did I fall in a scam?

Worst return policy ever,10 to 15 emails before they will give you a return address so they're very stuck on their ego that it works for everyone....Buy the one on amazon,atleast its easy to return

I've been using the Upright Go 2 for over a month now. I was a bit worried about it at first because of its really bad Trustpilot reviews. People were having issues like connectivity problems or constantly needing to buy new adhesive tape. That was a big concern for me since Upright is in the US and I'm in the UK, so shipping would be expensive.

Honestly, even though a lot of reviews say otherwise, I think the Upright Go 2 works just like it's supposed to. It buzzes when I slouch, and that's all I need. The adhesive tape also lasts a pretty long time. Like I said, I've been using the Upright Go 2 for over a month, and I still haven't had to replace the tape. So, in my opinion, it's genuinely reusable.

The way the Upright Go 2 is designed means it doesn't need to be constantly connected to the app via Bluetooth. It'll save data right on the device, and then it'll download to your phone as soon as you connect to the app with Bluetooth.

Bonus: I actually even accidentally wore the Upright Go 2 in the shower. I didn't realize it until I'd been in there for a while, but it's still working! So, props to that.

Just going to add my voice to the general consensus here. The concept is great, but the execution is really lacking. The app crashes constantly: about every 5-10 minutes, in my experience. It either disconnects from the internet unexpected or shuts down entirely. The device does not work reliably when not connected to the app, so much of the time it's not functioning like it's supposed to. The device itself needs to be recalibrated every time you move and is nearly useless for walking. Given that I mostly use it in my office and can restart the app every 5 minutes, it *is* working for me and I have a noticably straighter posture. But that may have more to do with my subconsciousness than the device! Since the concept is very good, I would look elsewhere for a similar, more reliable device. It's also very expensive. For what you get, this should be a $30-$40 product, but I paid nearly $110 for it including the necklace (which is just rubber and magnets); it probably costs them ~$2/unit to manufacture this thing in China.

I completed a UGC video project for Upright through the Billo platform and unfortunately had a very poor experience with their communication and review process.

On Billo, brands are given a review window to provide feedback or request revisions before a project is finalized. In this case, Upright did not provide any feedback during the review period, and the project was automatically approved by the system.

After the approval window closed, Upright then left a 1-star review, claiming the video lacked b-roll and product focus and that they expected a higher level of execution.

The confusing part is that after leaving the 1-star review, they then asked if I could redo the video.

At that point the project had already been approved and the negative review had already been posted, which leaves the creator in a difficult position. If the work is redone, the review still remains, so there is no clear benefit or resolution for the creator.

If there were concerns with the content, the appropriate time to address them would have been during the official review period, when revisions could have easily been made.

For other creators considering working with Upright, I would strongly recommend confirming expectations and feedback timelines clearly upfront to avoid similar situations.
