Absolutely first class 100% from start to finish Peter was top man.would definitely use again

This is the second time I have used UPVC company , last year I got a new front door and because of the service I got then , I decided to go ahead and get my back door replaced this year . The team are great , from Sales to Installer , very efficient, no mess . Thanks

Ordered a new Back door and window, from contacting the UPVC company to the installation, the company has been nothing but professional. Highly recommeded.

The fitting of the doors where so badly fitted that the inside of the house was flooded every time it rained,i sent pictures of the problem to the company but still it wasn't resolved , contacted this company on a regular basis, back and forward with the complaint with no joy so therefore I had to pay out more money to someone else to fix the problem so therefore I would NOT go near this company and would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.

Had new back door and french windows installed. I have used this company a few times before and do not have a problem with their workmanship. Workmen really pleasant and explained what was going on and really helpful. No hesitation in giving them 100%. My home is a lot more warmer, no draughts etc.

After waiting 3 weeks my order was cancelled due to they priced it wrong

I've just had the UPVC Company to replace all my windows and doors Excellent experience from start finish. Salesman Iain no pressure and gave me different options to chose from, fully explained the system and gave me a great price.
Jim, Steve, and colin arrived as arranged. it was clear from the start that there is a wealth of experience and professionalism. Smooth seamless instal no mess and super quality. Great guys so many thanks to Jim and his team excellent job the house looks great.

There is a bit of a Problem regarding the Windows In the Front Door 5 Windows There is cold air coming from them and the same at the Back Door

Would if be possible if someone can have a look to what is causing the problem Please

Where do I start. Is it the water coming in the front window?. Is it the water coming in the front door? Is it the cheap plastic handles that are loose and wobbly? Is it the bedroom window which was all right until the glass unit seal failed and they replaced it with a new one and since then we have had horrendous problems with condensation running down the window. Not the two next to it in the same frame, only this one and only since they replaced the glass unit. Their response to this is to ignore and go totally silent. I have followed their complaint policy and have heard....nothing....zero....zilch. The old windows which were replaced were better quality than what the UPVC Company have installed. If only Trustpilot allowed photos and videos to be posted along with reviews, I would be able to show all the evidence I have accumulated. A good company will deal with issues and problems that arise and that is why this company are the worst of the worst. There was once a company which said "you only fit double glazing once, so fit the best". This clearly does NOT apply to the UPVC Company

Find Someone Else who offers Customer Service, windows were promised to be delivered in December 2025, still not arrived following many false promises. They don't call back when they say so am totally disheartened.

Recently had the UPVC company out to supply my whole house with windows and 2 new doors. Work was completed within 1 day. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent. The finishing touch to the window sills inside is lovely. Jim McGill and 2 colleagues were very professional they left no mess at all. Would highly recommend this company.

Got front door fitted. The company were very good from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them. Very happy with the finished product.

We wanted all new windows, new front door and new back door.
We were unsure who to go with, we had heard good things about UPVC Company through a friend and I’m so glad they did. Brilliant service we love our new windows and doors. We have two gentleman do the work for us one named Stef and didn’t get the name of the other one. But they were fantastic very professional covered all our furniture and flooring, and when they finished each day they tidied the full house, hoovering, leaving zero mess behind.

100% would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for the easy process and thanks for our windows and doors.

The ordering process was easy enough. However lack of communication is shocking. After being promised two dates, it was changed again. However third time lucky, and after five weeks as oppose to the promised three weeks I finally got my door. The fitters were lovely guys and I love my new door (fitters are outside contractors I believe). I have dealt with this company on several occasions without any issues but on this occasion the experience was not good.

Edit 26/02/2026 the company finally got in touch after many weeks/months. Not sure what happened there. Door replaced and considerable time spent making it fit properly. Many thanks to the excellent fitter and to Peter for finally resolving this. We now have a door that opens and close without breaking your wrist. I have updated this review and rating as promised to reflect this progress. I have kept it medium rating to reflect the hassle getting to here. Thanks again for resolving.

Original review in December 2025: So having sent a registered letter asking them to get in touch within 2 weeks to resolve a faulty door, again no response. So all we have left now is to go down legal route and to contact the ombudsman. Poor fitting, substandard product and service. We are now having to replace this door. Thank goodness for insurance covering our legal costs at least.

What a delightful experience! The entire process took 9 weeks, but unfortunately, I didn't end up with the desired outcome. Initially, the surveyor measured incorrectly. After a day's work, I anticipated seeing my new door installed, only to find it wasn't. It wasn't until I made two phone calls the next day that I received an explanation. A different surveyor visited, took accurate measurements, and adjusted my order from a low threshold to a standard door without consulting me. On the installation day, I requested a notification so I could verify everything was correct, but there was no contact, and unsurprisingly, it wasn't what I ordered. I've decided to part ways with them and now have a door that's not my choice. I wouldn't consider using their services again or recommending them.
