Yes, 1 star is a gift. What is truly deserved is a 0 as others have written.

No need to go into the details because it's the same pattern as everyone else. But it's important enough to me to submit the rating so this POS continues to plummet into what I wish were negative star ratings.

The most frustrating thing is that they don't have to answer for their pathetic practices. Put out this kind of thing into the world and it'll come back.

It’s been a month and a half and still no product

1 star is too generous. If I could rate this retailer negative star, I would. DO NOT waste your time, effort and money with this bogus company. Their merchandise is a knock off poor quality fake! And their customer service is very poor. I ordered a boot, which is an ON Cloud fake. I would have sucked it up but it’s the wrong size. I requested an exchange but their customer service bot “Emily” gave me the run around and ultimately just ghosted my follow up email. I’m disgusted and unhappy with Urban Ridge.

If I could give this site 0 stars, I would. Bogus merchandise from China, or some other Asian country.

Bought a pair of On Cloud boots from them, received a very counterfeit pair that was evident, as soon as I opened the plastic wrapping it came in.

Never received product... Ordered from a Facebook ad. And all the replies were through email only. All replies were AI based never talked to anyone on the phone and the product was never shipped. This is a fraudulent company.

I give them one star. It took almost 4 weeks for the boots to arrive. They were the wrong size. Tried multiple email requests to get the correct size. The “person“who responded was asking redundant questions. They ignored my responses and repeated the same questions. I gave up. I will have to sell them.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES buy from these people they will not send you what you want but keep fobbing you off until you give up and leave them alone.!

Also don’t use the SHOP APP as they’re useless too.!

There’s no one to talk to.!
Do yourself a favour and go direct to the store you want to buy the product from and don’t use a third party.!

Boots are fake and they will not honor return/refund. This company is a scam.

Worst experience ever , paid for express shipping and just got excuse after excuse , still waiting for a product or tracking or an answer to where this item is ? AVOID THIS COMPANY

They are scammers. I ordered ON running boots and never received them. Their online support is a robot and keeps telling me to wait and nothing is wrong. Never ever order anything from these thieves. I wonder how Instagram would allow these thieves to make advertisement thru them.

Yeah these people are scammers. 100 percent Chinese crap and you will lose your money. Ordered a pair of ON cloudrock boots and they sent me a fake, counterfeit pair. Having put the shoes side by side with a real pair, there are many, many flaws that reveal they are not authentic. Customer returns sucks and they will blank you and stop you emailing them. They will try to string it out long enough so you run out of time to return. Worst thing is they came up as a real shop on a face book advert within my feed too. You would expect FB to vet the companies they let advertise on their platform. Obviously not. Do not use these people for anything other than cannon fodder if you get the opportunity!

Despite the boots being not quite as expected, I spoke with customer services Emily and she was very helpful. I would not think twice about ordering again.

I ordered a few clothes on the 1st of january and it’s now the 13th they said it would take around 3-5 days but obviously has been a lot longer than that i have seen other reviews like this an now assume my order will be 4 months away as i have seen take this long total scam

I received sandals from Urban Ridge and the product is vastly marketed different than what it appears. The sandals are not at all what they were advertised.
In addition the smell of formaldehyde is so strong. You can’t even take them out of the bag. This is extremely hazardous to our health as well as extreme, false advertising for what we paid for. I contacted customer service and they even sent it through the Supervisor and still refused to refund. Absolutely do not do business with this company.

Giving one star is too much. ZERO STARS. While they may look cute online, if you plan on walking.....DO NOT ORDER. Within two hours of wear the studs holding straps separated from the wedge rendering a dangling flop.....which also poses a safety risk. Customer service is DEPLORABLE and quite frankly Sarah/URBAN RIDGE DOES NOT CARE. Their 20% refund does not cover the cost, repair or replacement of shoes. This company takes ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for the inferior product they represent, or consideration for your monies. This is an IMPOSTER SHOE COMPANY.

The shoes are terrible quality! They run very small, definitely not true to size and are very cheaply made. I paid $80 for 2 pairs which was a ripoff. It took over 6 weeks to get the delivery. Their return policy is awful! 2 options, get 25% of your money back and keep the awful shoes or get an exchange. That’s it.

Order a jacket and had a small issue, contacted customer service and they solved it for me fast. Fantastic service.

Please do not buy from them unless you are 100% sure of what you buy and the correct size. I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn’t fit at all, too narrow, but long. Very cheaply made!! Tried to get a refund and they would only do a 25-40% refund with me keeping the shoes! They don’t fit, so I’ll be throwing away 30$. Not good, their website says refunds within 30 days of receipt. I e-mailed them the same day that I got them and their solution was to offer me 40% off!! Pathetic service!!!
