Got glue over my carpet over my rug and door mat and down my path
Wish i could share photos

Steer clear.
Lied about delivery and said they knew nothing about the date it was supposed to be delivered.
Once it finally arrived the paperwork had the date on it should have been delivered.
Carpet received was not as expected. Had exactly same carpet from carpet right but they offered it cheaper. It's not the same carpet and far poorer quality.

The Urban flooring is still gassing out for over a week with all windows open,now and the room is unusable because of the lingering smell. The packaging carries eco stamps … blue angle etc. so hope the gassing is not dangerous? I have note experienced this with previous non Urban laminate flooring.
Anybody else had this experience with Urban flooring?

Promised an item would be in stock for 3 months.
One email says that they have it in stock, I arranged a van and phoned them to say I was on my way, they said that I dont know who gave you that information but we do not have it stock, its in the dock, next week, next week, next week.
When you phone and ask for the item and happy to pay for it, no sorry its in the dock.
The same answer for 3 months.
Disgusting.

DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY.

Items arrived within 2 days of ordering. Very quick service and quality items much cheaper than most DIY stores.
