Great protein box such a fun selection of different healthy snacks I was seriously impressed. I did have a small issue with my delivery but I reached out to customer service and they were friendly and fixed it very quickly. Very satisfied will order again
THEY GAVE ME GLUTEN, DO NOT TRUST
As a Celiac, I was very excited for this box. On my 4th box, however, they sent me gluten. I trusted them since it’s a dedicated gluten free box, and I ate the gluten item. I spent all night nauseous and throwing up. DO NOT GET URTHBOX IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND NOT CAREFULLY MADE.

Fun items and amazing customer service
I'm impressed with this company's great customer service and exciting products! I treated myself to a 3 month subscription for my birthday but ran into a billing issue when applying the gift card. Not only did I receive an email attempting to help me but I also got a personal phone call! The issue was solved in no time (thank you again Lizel!)
I've done many subscription boxes but none have provided customer service like this. I'm loving the items sent to me and plan on trying out each of their four box type options.
Subscriptions auto-renew
I was gifted three UrthBoxes at Christmas. One box/mo, J-F-M. In March they billed me for another 3 boxes. Don't know how they got my card. Told me that when I redeemed my gift card in December, that act initiated a subscription that auto-renews. That is NOT okay. Box contents were okay. I'm not fond of energy drinks, weird smoothies, or gummy bears.
Gluten in GF box...multiple times!
Subscribed for the gluten free box and received my 4th box last week. This was the THIRD time I've received gluten in my box. I've emailed each time, and each time reassured it won't happen again. The last time I emailed the rep did not apologize and argued with me instead. Incredibly bad service, and honestly just down right dangerous for those with allergies!
Problem fixed quickly
I had an item in the box that shouldn’t have been there, but the customer service rep was very friendly and fixed the problem quickly.
Boxes are not curated carefully
These boxes are not safe for those with any sort of allergy or Celiac. We got a GF box subscription as a gift and in turn, gave one as a gift. The recipient of our gift got ramen one box; first ingredient: wheat. Ours contained products that were not labeled GF and were produced on shared lines. Also do you like gravy? Because our box contained packets of gravy, more than once (how fun!)

it was a great gift for some one with food allergy. nice xmas 3 box. my only suggestion is if it is a xmas gift don't charge the person who ordered and sent it to the person the order went to, for the next payment.

So I ordered a six month gift subscription for my mom’s birthday and I had such a good experience I wanted to share! Their customer service is fabulous, I made a mistake when I ordered and they were quick with their response to help me fix and and they even expedited the first shipment so it would show up on time for my moms birthday! And my mom absolutely went gaga for all the tasty, unique snacks that were sent. She couldn’t wait for the next shipment to come to see what taste bud enticing delights awaited her. Thank you, Urthbox, for the wonderful experience, I will definitely be ordering again.

When I first decided to try Urthbox I only wanted to do one month so I could test it out, so I signed up for the one month subscription and canceled right away. The cancellation process is super easy.
After receiving my first box, I was extremely satisfied with the amount of snacks and such that are given, they are all really good, wholesome, great quality snacks that actually taste good. I just resubscribed to a 6 month subscription- again with ease.
Customer service, I contacted them due to a discount code not working, and they replied within a couple hours. I found another code while waiting so they looked into my account, saw that, so no further action was needed.

I have been an Urthbox customer for three years and have never had a box I didn't love. There's always something in there that my wife and kids like, and then I just eat the rest. What's great is there are always healthy snacks in the house!

Received this subscription as a gift…
Received this subscription as a gift and I was so excited to try new healthy GF snacks. Someone needs to explain the words “healthy” and “snack” to whoever runs this company.
The first box was a total disappointment . Half of the items were pure sugar with no nutritional value such as (2) single servings of sprinkles for ice cream, flavored sugar to mix with water, two packages of candy, my mom tried and it was stale. Three items with already expired dates and a couple more that were due to expire within one month. There was also bouillon cubes. When the person who made the purchase called to complain and try to cancel, the “customer support” person refused. And explained that expired items were still good for up to 6 months ( I thought there were FDA rules about this) and sprinkles were indeed a snack as were bouillon cubes.
The CS person promised to send out another, larger box for the inconvenience and promised a better experience. So far nothing has arrived and it’s been almost three weeks. The 2nd original monthly box is due soon. To say that I am not looking forward to it is an understatement. So far everything has been thrown away, except one item.
Subscriptions auto renew without warning
I signed up for a one year subscription. I was unable to manage my subscription through UrthBox’s portal (my order history was empty, even though I had an active subscription). And so I had no way to keep track of my subscription and when it would renew, other than the original receipt. I was given no notice that my subscription was up for renewal, and was unable to cancel when I contacted them after my credit card was charged. I would have cancelled before that if I had a way to keep track of my subscription or had been notified that my renewal was upcoming.

Ordered a gluten free box for my wife…
Ordered a gluten free box for my wife with celiac. The 2 biggest bags/snacks in the box weren't gluten free. Really food thing I checked and didn't just trust them.
Be Very Careful
Purchased a subscription for my daughter who has celiac disease for Christmas. Annoying they make the recipient provide a credit card even when redeeming a gift. The worst though is sending her a gluten free box containing wheat in 2 products. Then arguing about it when brought to their attention. Avoid this company at all costs!
