Fabulous service

Fabulous service , communications and delivery super fast. Packaged well and I received my item very quick. Lovely touch asking me if I received my parcel ok. Wonderful 10/10 .I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent customer service!!

Excellent communication and customer service. I have been trying to buy these patches for ages in the UK for my pain in my feet and back. My GP and pain clinic won't prescribe them due to cost. So glad I finally found somewhere that sells them and they have a long date before expiry which is great. I will be ordering more.

I ordered the lidocaine patches that my wife uses for fibromyalgia, I received an email saying that they were due in on Friday or Monday , received the pac on Tuesday with a complimentary gift ,

Amazing company

Amazing company
due to issues with a delivery which was beyond their control URZ Trade were superb with communication, help and support and problem resolving. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. Totally recommend.
