updates on delivery status were good Quality of product not good. Less than expected. Sizing is off.

Easy ordering process and shipping updates are great. The shirt looks great as does the quality.

Ordered for the 4th, took over a month to receive item. Not as advertised. Showed a cotton shirt with fringes. Received a thin polyester shirt with a terrible hem job on sleeves and neckline .. no fringes. When asking where it was, customer support would answer right away that it was on it's way. Now they won't respond. Contacting my CC card to file a complain.

My husband wears a L or XL in all his shirts. I ordered XL and he can barely get it on. Order way over your usual size. Quite disappointed after waiting so long for delivery, and a rather steep price.

Took to long to receive , ordered on the 6/20 did not receive until 7/13. I paid for fast air shipping, I would hate to see regular shipping. Also false advertising but saying made by veterans. Must have been Chinese veterans , because that’s where it was shipped from.. Would not order again.

Communication was excellent. Time from order to receipt was less than desirable. Quality of craftmanship appears to be good.

Delivery time very poor. Contact company, get blah, blah, blah. No real info.
