Nothing went awry, as such. Car reached there in safety, time was within the estimate they had made, and there were no unexpected daveies. And that was all I desired.

I would not recommend this company, they quoted me all inclusive deliver to Houston, TX $650, I paid $250 down (24-Mar-2026, the when they scheduled the pickup, they told me the balance was $700? I called and talked to their sales person, they said it was an estimate but I have all the documentation and texts that said it was all inclusive and the balance was $400. They lied, I requested a refund and also disputed the charges when I did not get the refund even when they said they would. I provided all the documentation to the credit card company to follow up on the disputed charge. I took off one day just for them to pickup the car but it was a waste of time.

I have spent the better part of 2 days with them giving me the runaway with no communication.
When I called the main customer service line, I was told “ it looks like the driver was assigned and is running behind, he is currently in NAPLES,FL and will most likely pick up in the morning” I ask that the summary of the call be sent to me over email, he assured me he would and will have the agent in charge of my booking KATIE call me first thing when she is back in office at 8:30. I thanked him, ask that the email be sent again. I never received an email and did not hear from Katie. I called at around 9:45am, no answer from Katie, I called the main customer service line and got patch through to her at which point she said ‘give me 1hr and I will honestly get back to you’ I sent follow up, nothing. Took me some time again to be able to reach someone, when I finally got Katie on the line at 2:41pm, she said I could not get a driver, the only one I could get and is ready to pick up will be $1000 upon delivery, that’s in addition to what I’ve already paid. And not to mention 3x what was suppose to be paid. At this point, I’ve canceled my flight because prior to booking she guaranteed my preferred date which past. She went on to say I had no other choice I could go and call other places and it would be the same price. Now please I understand as much as the next person, I actually needed the car picked up but the switch really grated my nerves. If it’s $1000,$15000,$2000 say so from the get go, and lastly 1 person told me a driver was assigned already and would pick up in the morning, and now suddenly there was never a driver and this driver is asking $1000 cash.
I highlighted for her that I’ve had to basically track her down to do lack of communication, I’ve spent what amounted to hours on hold waiting just to get some news, it is unprofessional and all for her to say they basically cannot deliver. What reason do I have to actually believe this person again?! The lack of transparency and the fact that when I was trying to book, responses came fast and I was getting calls, but once I booked and money out of my account, no communication, and I basically have to wait hours on hold. Either way I said I wasn’t comfortable moving forward and that I would need a refund. I ask for a summary of my call AGAIN, to be sent via email for reference. She stated the only email I will be getting is from the accounting team once they were ready to process my refund, and that it could take some times. After which she HUNG UP! Hung up on a customer. Most places required about 7days business days to process refund and I will give as much before I file my complaint with the Better business bureau. I sent an email to customer service but whether they take any of that serious I have no idea. But gosh this was such terrible experience.

Even after reading the negative reviews, I still went ahead and signed up for this bait and switch. Kevin quoted me a price, couldn't make a decent invoice and had to try 3 times before he got the details right, called after a day to tell me someone called him yelling at him saying he was my husband and bla bla bla, told him I don't know wtf he is on about or who called him, he then called after a few days saying he found a driver to pick up my cars but they are wanting more because of fuel price increase, I told him the gas price few days ago when I booked is the same today, so no, he either provide the services he invoiced me for or refund my deposit. He chose to refund me, he said the cancelation will be from another department and they will be in touch but still nothing. I have contacted a Morgan and Morgan law firm and they want me to give them 48hrs for any type of response and they will be pursuing maybe a class action ( I showed them all the negative reviews here).
I need my refund ASAP, Kevin your attitude did a 360 from when you were begging me too book with your company to the way you spoke to me after I said no to the scam you all are peddling, you guys are predators and hopefully will meet your end soon.

This company is nothing but scammers and fraud artists. I contacted them two months in advance to transport my car from New York to California. They sent me a written quote for $900, and I scheduled my car to be picked up on February 27 between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. I was also charged a $250 deposit. However, they never arranged the pickup. I called “Ben HREMOVED” (which appears to be a fake name) at 10:00 AM, and he told me he had forgotten. I explained that I had a flight to Los Angeles at 7:00 PM, and he said he would schedule the transport immediately. About 30 minutes later he called back and said the cost would now be $1,500. I reminded him that I had a written contract for $900, but he said prices change daily. Meanwhile, they already had my deposit and could have booked the transport earlier. When I asked for my deposit refund, they refused to return it. Later I discovered that US Car Go Freight Logistics LLC is only a broker, not the company actually transporting the vehicle. They simply hire another carrier to do the work. In my case, the actual carrier was Express Line LLC They did not pick up my car until 8:30 PM, and I had to leave for my flight. They also never told me to remove my toll device from the car, which resulted in an additional $400 in toll charges. In total, this move ended up costing me about $1,900. Before hiring this company, check their record with the Better Business Bureau. They have over 60 complaints and an F rating, the worst possible rating, and they do not respond to BBB complaints. My advice: be very careful before doing business with these clowns.

if I could give -100 stars, it would not describe enough how awful this company is. I signed a CONTRACT to have my car shipped from Birmingham, AL to Detroit, MI I put down the deposit and was told to pay $200 in cash upon the car arriving to Detroit. on the scheduled pick up date 3 hours prior I called the company to make sure the driver would still arrive at 6:30 (like agreed upon) the driver ensured me he would be there. HE NEVER SHOWED! I called the company and they said they would get someone out the following morning. I called back for the time and they told me I have to pay $575 in cash (INSTEAD OF THE $200 IN CASH LIKE THE CONTRACT STATES) I was told I would not get my deposit back. This company is TERRIBLE AND THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! ALL ADAM TRAN KEPT SAYING WAS ITS HIS BIRTHDAY THANKS FOR BEING NICE!

I was worried about shipping a car during the winter, but after a few delays (due to winter storms throughout the entire country) all went well. The car was delivered timely, which was important to my family. They were very good about communicating about the delays and issues. I was very pleased with that. Really good price for shipping the car too! Very good Experience.

We needed last minute auto transport and these guys jumped on it right away. When the driver notified us that he would be a day late picking U.S. auto transport found another driver immediately. The driver was absolutely amazing with communication and even delivered the car a day early directly to our home. I’d definitely recommend this company for all of your auto transport needs.
