I like that it’s easy to use, offers real-person support, and has a good price point. It provides everything you need in one place to run an online business, including social media scheduling for almost all platforms. Great service at a great price!

I signed up to Gold Star Pro, recently, to simplify the tech I was using in my business (across many different providers, with many logons and payment plans) and to automate more of my processes. And I haven't been disappointed. The software is really easy to use and it's a massive benefit to be able to do everything from one dashboard.

But it's the support that I've been most impressed with. The online calls have guided me through any tech queries I have, resolving them in minutes (without me having to watch endless YouTube videos which still don't solve the problem!). I've only scratched the surface of what I can do with Gold Star Pro, to date, but I feel confident that with the help of the amazing team here, I'll be able to use it for everything I've planned to (and more!).

For years, I have gone between other tech options like Teachable, MailChimp, WordPress, Eko, Mojo, and so on. I searched high and low for a program that would allow me to go to just ONE place for all of my business needs. Gold Star Pro was the unicorn! I can handle every aspect of my business through GSP from emails, blogs, website, sales, scheduling, online courses, and client files. The management team is responsive and will help you succeed. I highly recommend the DWY programs and Facebook group to get answers to any questions you may have.

I've been able to set up my funnel and welcome sequence. There is a video to help you learn every feature, and if you have any issues, they are very responsive.

Also, they are very proactive with the ever changing mail service provider updates. They make it very easy for you to be in compliance and will walk you through personally if needed.

My first impression was that Gold Star Pro as a company is well planned and executes well. I was with a previous company who offered these options but at a much higher price point.

The onboarding process was very helpful in getting started using the software. It's definitely super easy for a non-technical person to use...and even if you get stuck, the technical support is swift and ensures your issue gets resolved.

In my opinion, they go above and beyond and have a great passion for their product. You will not be disappointed!

Having used two previous sales and marketing platforms, one being one of the most well known, I have a good idea of what good (and bad!) looks like. GSP is outstanding in every comparable way, from the tech to the support to the training. Karen has a vision of GSP being the platform with the best support available and she truly aspires to this. Constantly evolving and adding new features, it has cut down on so many other subscriptions. Can’t recommend highly enough, I finally feel like I can get on and grow my business without all the tech headaches! I’m honestly so happy I made the move and the migration has been so much easier than I had anticipated, wish I’d done it sooner!
