Son unos estafadores, no he podido darme de baja y me piden 104 euros por algo que no he usado ni una vez,ya que no se puede descargar nada.Alguien tenía que mirar esta empresa para que deje de estafar así a la gente.

I sent them an email to them explaining that I never signed up with them and I want a refund. They replied saying that the contract states no refund. I had to close my credit card account, SCAMMERS BE AWARE.

Acaban de llegarme un cobro de 99 dolares, cuando quise usarla en la etapa de prueba, rechazaron mi tarjeta, y me desafilié y ahora frescos me cobran 99 dolares como si lo hubiese usado por lo menos una vez, espero que no me estén estafando y me devuelvan el dinero.

Nach dem Ausfall des Usenet-Servers habe ich mit insgesmat 18 Mails um Hilfe gebeten, weil die an alle Abonnenten versandte Anweisung das Passwort zurückzusetzen NICHT funktioniert hat. Ich habe vorgeschlagen, mir einen neuen Account zu eröffnen mit dem (kürzlich) einbezahlten Guthaben. Ich habe keine Antwort erhalten.
Es ist frustrierend, so ohnmächtig ausgeliefert zu sein.

Wann werden endlich mal wieder die Server hochgefahren? Die Seite baut nicht richtig auf, Passwort zurücksetzen funktioniert nicht, einloggen mit Login Daten ebenso nicht. Irgendwann muss man die Probleme doch mal wieder in den Griff bekommen! Support antwortet auch nicht auf Nachrichten.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.
Probeabo abgeschlossen für 14 Tage.
Trotz vieler Versuche nicht ins System gekommen.
Ein paar STUNDEN später gekündigt.
Keine Antwort.
Dafür nach einem Monat eine eingeleitete Abbuchung über Paypal von 99 €.
Habe sofort widersprochen.
Dass da Paypal mitmacht ist schon verwunderlich, wenn man hier die anderen Bewertungen liest!

Mehrfach gekündigt, angeblich nicht angekommen. Selbst das Telefonat ist laut Service Anbietern nicht findbar. Jetzt bin ich ein Jahr lang verpflichtet, meiner Meinung nach absoluter Betrug

I signed up for a trial, twice money was deducted and till now i could not gain access to any file. I strongly feel this is an unethical org, hell bent on just squeezing money and let the time run out. Be wary!

Felizmente puse mi tarjeta de débito solo con 4 soles. Creo que en los próximos días la daré de baja. Tengan mucho cuidado con esta gante de porquería.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star!! But i can't give them lower!!! They scammed me completely! I had no idea how to use whatever it is they are. They are supposed to confirm acceptance before they sign you up. They don't. They just take your money!! And techno challenged suckers like me get nailed!!! Is there any recourse for us. I was wary about joining this service, the catch phrase "free" for 14 days was the eye catcher. Nothing on the Internet is ever free without some sort of registration or CC information and like what I have been reading, more of a scam to get your money for the use of the 14 days than it is to rightfully cancel at any time like they say. Scammers I say, blatant scammers, I was on the hook for one last summer on Facebook, it sounded legit, wanting to send money to me but when I was asked to buy SteamWallet cards and at first I could be the one to be picked....(RIGHT!!!) when I was bugged for another card it got worse but then I just trashed my phone and never got another one. I learned my lesson, no more buying anything other than antivirus or malwarebytes programs.

Pure scam. I had to activate attorneys at law in order to have them shut down my account, the whole process took over 3 months and several emails.

Aparente me suscribí a un Free trial para descargar un libro. Luego terminé con un servicio de internet que es aparentemente imposible de cancelar. 100 USD tirados a la basura. Nunca contestan los emails y al llamar al número telefónico que tienen disponible en Estados Unidos te dejan horas esperando. ¿Cómo puede ser que esta compañía siga operando y robando gente?

Se sont des arnaqueurs géants.. j'ai souscris à un abonnement avec 7 jours d'essai, et j'ai résilié le jour même vu que pour moi inintéressant. A ma grande surprise juste après le deconfînement je me vois facturé 98 euros m'expliquant que le problème du covid ils n'ont pas pris mon courrier a tant et que le compte de certains fournisseurs était piraté etc etc. NE FAITES JAMAIS CONFIANCE A CE SITE MALHONNÊTE MALHONNÊTE
