Giganews used to be better, and is still slightly faster (when it has the articles) but for the last 5 years at least, UNS has been my #1 provider overall. Speed is meaningless without article availab... もっず芋る

Usenetserver has never been down when I wanted to use it. Once in a while downloads are slow ... but I'm never certain whether my ISP might be the problem. Comments in the newsgroups about missing... もっず芋る

No contact

Suddenly they charge more. Want to change plan, but can't on their website, have to write them for that. Capcha/ticket system not working, so can't write them anything, it is 2026 and there is no valid ways of contacting a web based company?

Reneged on Lifetime deal

Had a Black Friday 2019 deal with a lifetime 85% discount, which meant I was paying $36 a year; now they have reneged on my "lifetime deal" and nearly doubled the price to $59, all without any notice.

Worst still, if I had have been told they could no longer offer this Lifetime deal, I could have signed up to a deal with them, just two weeks before my subscription was due to end at the a new price of $36 for the year. Not impressed

SUPER SERVICE AT DECENT PRICE

been with you guys forever and the price and retention is best around ... there are sites that have longer retention but at what cost .... you guys MORE than meet my needs and expectations !!!!!

Usenetserver is basically fine

Usenetserver is basically fine. BUT, they think it is OK to ask paying users to rate them. We will rate you when we feel you deserve it. Reaching out just reminds us that we are paying you to hassle us instead of just offering great service.
