Very biased and useless "Experienced gamers know all too well that high average fps are worthless when they are accompanied with stutters, random crashes, black screens, excessive noise and a limited feature set." + shows the RTX 5070-TI as 20% better than the 9070-XT which shows better 1% lows and only slightly worse average, but obviously hardware unboxed and everyone is a marketing agent hired by AMD because the owners are whiny babies who love NVIDIA and Intel - The multi billion/trillion dollar companies that dont care about them.

The large majority of reviews here bear the signs of a dedicated smear campaign against UserBenchmark; by their own admission, they do not take money from private interests for a favourable review (unlike nearly every other review site); this makes them an inconvenience to be discredited and destroyed.

But enough about the smearing!
The website itself appears complex at first, as some of the bots have correctly pointed out, but the numeric comparison of metrics gives a medium that doesn't actually require a great deal of technical skill to understand; graphics cards are compared using numbers alone, not complex jargon.

In short, if you are a person who doesn't want a side of marketing with their review, this is a good site to visit.

The person operating the website is biased, always saying negative things about AMD, while praising Intel and Nvidia. It's a good site to compare different Intel CPU's or Nvidia GPU's. But not a site to compare AMD with Nvidia, or AMD with Intel.

Horribly inaccurate website it does not consider amd cpu's and does not even have most of them also why is the 9800x3d ranked 9 and intel ahead? THE 9800X3D IS THE 2ND BEST CPU ONLY 2ND TO THE 9850X3D Overall this website sucks but and for some reason still exist's in 2026

Comparisons appear fair and legitimate but have blatantly incorrect information on many products.

If this site put as much effort into building a fair comparison site as it does into getting to the top of search engine results, it would be a useful place to get information. At the moment, it seems to be more a parody of what a comparison site should be, with the added trick of trying to charge people who want to run their benchmark tool.

Extemely biased and unreliable hardware recommendations. Website 'looks' good but the data is skewed towards their opinions and is generally very wrong. The highest recommended AMD graphics card has been the (at this point very dated) RX 580 while still being beat by a lot of worse Nvidia cards. Many of the recommended cards will not even run many modern games which makes then nearly unrecommendable. Please do not use this website it is incredibly misleading. Do your own research on websites like Tom's Hardware and Techspot. Also look at youtube channels like Hardware Unboxed and Gamers Nexus for reliable hardware testing and comparison.

they are paid by NVIDIA to badmouth AMD (their only competition)

The Intel bias on this website makes it unfortunately laughable. It puts a 10600k on par with a 5900XT which is so unrealistic that its borderline insane.

Misleading consumers with systematically inaccurate information to push personal agenda.

I couldnt find information that was consistant. They would just telling lies about cpu performance. After that i couldnt keep using it i went over to toms hardware to get uptodate real data.

They are anti-AMD out of prejudice, the reviews on AMD products seem to be written by a 12-year-old Intel and Nvidia fanboy, a reviewer should be impartial, or at least TRY.......

This site is run by absolute muppets who have nothing in common with technology. Just foul language and clear bias against ryzen/radeon. Not to mention they have the audacity to ask you for money when you run their biased benchmark. Avoid at all costs. Just watch Jayz or Gamers nexus for an example of true tech journalism, reviews and benchmarks.

Just awful, first they made it so that intel CPUs would win in every comparison vs any competent amd cpus, then they talked about amd like its overpriced, and when its at a lower price, they say its worse than an cpu over $50 more than it. Not to mention they continue to say that actual reviewers (ltt, gamers nexus, etc) brainwashed swines that pray to amd. All around sh*tty website that takes advantage of new pc builders and completely ignore real reviews is exchange for there stuck in they pass ideology.

The website is a head-ache inducing mess.

The benchmarks are skewed and biased against AMD. No idea why this is, but there's a lot of lore to be uncovered on Reddit and Trust Pilot, if that's your thing.

The out-of-date commentary is basically just some bitter old fart ranting incoherently and demonstrating an astonishing lack of understanding of what users want from a benchmarking website. He/she/they have practically zero knowledge of markets, product development, innovation.
