I made a mistake with my delivery address used the contact page on their website and had a response within 15 minutes with Scott. After explaining what happened he amended the delivery address and was sorted within 30 minutes. Quality service

Ease of use, understanding of VAT

Bought a garage wall cabinet. Communication was good. Product was good for the price, peg board/shelf hooks could do with being a bit better quality but will do. Parcel arrived in poor condition but A quick message to Scott and even after work hours he sorted thing to my satisfaction.

Recently ordered a toolbox from these guys via ebay. I'm having it delivered to work to save me trying to transport it to work myself. Due to the nature of the site I work, deliveries are only available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Scott who I've been dealing with has gone above and beyond to make this transaction and delivery possible. Fantastic response time when answering my questions was first class service. Can't wait to receive what's believe will be a fantastic item. First class service.

I ordered a toolbox from US Pro, and it came the wrong size. I contacted the company by telephone, and they informed me that the toolbox was incorrectly advertised, and the sizing was too small. As I required a minimum size, the toolbox being smaller than advertised caused disruption as I could not use the toolbox. However, they were very quick in organising transport to collect the toolbox for return.

No update, no confirmation, no expected delivery, nothing. I spend £1099.99 to not be answered

I bought a 16 drawer double toolbox recently from US pro in the uk. It was delivered very quickly but unfortunately it came with 2 damaged drawers. I contacted the company and they were excellent at dealing with the issue. The logistics of items this size are clearly challenging but everything arrived so quickly and the communications made it work. Highly recommend and great value for money.

Bought the “329 US PRO Waterproof Wheeled Rolling Travel Equipment Tool Box Hard Case”

The case didn’t survive the flight to Belgium. The handle snapped off.
I had to carry the case. Customer services were completely dismissive and ignored all Statutory rights. Taking the matter to court and contacting trading standards,

Tried to fob me off by saying I hadn’t returned a warranty. There was no warranty with the item, but in any event this does not affect anyone’s statutory rights – do not be fooled!

Don’t buy from this company!

Toolbox was delivered with a minor issue but all resolved by Scott via email on a weekend. Great Toolbox with a range of excellent colour choices. Would not hesitate to buy again!

I recently purchased a tool cabinet and found it had minor damage to one bottom corner. Everything was resolved within an hour of sending an email, they gave me a few choices and I settled with a partial refund as the damage was minor and wouldn't prevent me from using the drawers. Their customer service is second to none, quick and helpful along with speedy delivery, if only other companies were the same. Highly recommend, well done US PRO.
