If you have a Mac don’t even waste your time. This software won’t work. I have been going back and forth with the “support” team for 3 weeks about a refund and they just keep avoiding me. Horrible customer service and an ever worse project. Don’t waste your money

Needed a bit of tech support but was rapid and is now fully installed. Great product and not a bad price.

UUByte is a horrible software company. Avoid at all costs.

I needed a Windows 11 USB boot drive ASAP, and only had my Mac. Their website formerly said they were the "Ultimate Toolkit to Create Bootable USB," but since changed it after I pointed that out over email. After an hour of waiting, it was clear their software was ineffective, so I emailed them asking for a refund. Instead, they sent me a "sister software" license key; note that I paid for UUBYTE's software, NOT A SISTER SOFTWARE. The software I paid for should have worked. Plus, I was able to solve my problem using Parallels and Rufus (on the VM), both for free.

After inquiring multiple times for a refund, UUByte wasn't just uncooperative, but unresponsive. Thankfully, their payment processor PayPro was very helpful and after UUByte did not reach out over a 24 hour period, they refunded me.

I recommend that if you are in a similar predicament as myself, avoid UUByte at all costs. Use Parallels (free version is adequate enough) and download Rufus on there. It takes some time, but unlike UUByte, at least it works.

Does not work on MacOS 15. They wrote that "USB drive equal or less than 64GB" is required, which makes no sense to me.

Great customer support. If you have issues with the software they will help you.

Software that doesn’t work. Defensive, short emails from support. It’s just not worth it, go somewhere else.

UUByte Bitlocker software doesn’t work on Mac Sonoma as it won’t recognise device (other competitors products work fine). UUByte now refusing to refund for their non-working software, and they haven’t fixed it so and I’m trying to recover money through PayPal. They are also lying by saying they have sent me emails when they haven’t.
You have been warned!!

No trouble in the creation of a Win10 ISO on USB key. Beware that the USB key prep is paramount to avoid troubles...

Have Macbook Pro 2013, with dead OS, decided to restore I\it for grandkid. Tried many things, and after found Uubyte on google with tier great Tec support was able to restore it.

I had to restore El Capitan to a 2009 mac book pro and Apple threw every wrench in my plan. Finally I contacted UUByte support and they helped me and restored my father's laptop.

First of all , I don't even know how to begin this . I am so thankful for the very quick and prompt response when I purchased , I made the wrong choice as I needed the UU Byte ISO Editor but instead clicked on the DMG Editor. Long story short, I reached out to the sales support and within just maybe an hour , there was a response .This is the first time I am making a bootable usb and UU BYTE , did not disappoint for being a rookie like myself .I have Mac OS M2 . I needed Windows 11 for my other pc. It was very smooth process , hands down! Tested my bootable USB and ,Voila! Windows !! came on and installed without any problem. I would say, UU Byte ISO Editor made it happen for me :) Thank you all so much, to all the staff and creator of this app.You guys , ROCK!!!

Needed an USB Installer for a old Imac for a customer, So downloaded DMG Editor. After installation USB failed to boot, contacting Customer service they responded real fast and offered great support even due the Time Difference ( From Europe). After all i was able to create a Bootable USB for the Imac and worked out great.
