Without a doubt the worst company I have ordered from EVER!
Ordered in November for a Christmas gift, arrived 9 weeks later after several emails to them with little response, no response on social media and after questioning their lack of response on a post I believe they blocked me! To add to the poor customer service they only sent part of the order and several days later refunded me for what they didn't sent.
It's pretty clear this company takes orders for items it doesn't actually have, give you a delivery date then lie about why it hasn't arrived. In reality it's being made in China and on a container ship weeks away. They go silent until it arrives, so getting a refund is impossible!
Items that were received appear to be reasonable quality but not worth the hassle! If I'm honest I'd probably return what was received if I knew it wasn't going to be another nightmare.
Do NOT make the mistake of using this company!
Great leggings, crap service
Okay so I really love my leggings from this company & got them on a deal which was great. Unfortunately I've had to deduct stars for the service.
I ordered the leggings and they weren't anywhere to be seen after weeks so I contact them, initially had a brilliant response from Nicholas who informed me royal mail had sent a load of packages to the wrong place or something. He offered me a discount on future purchases & said he would upgrade my future delivery
Then when the leggings finally arrived they only had one of the sizes with the missing one just crossed out in pen on the paperwork, no explanation or money back. I emailed Nicholas but had no response so then emailed the general email again to which they said sorry it was out of stock and didn't go through, we will process the refund now.. but then I only had the smaller size which was no good as I'm losing weight so they were for the future, meanwhile I'm not buying any gym leggings as I've bought these & it's been like a month already
I had eye surgery so I had to quickly order them again before it, I emailed Nicholas again with the order number as he told me to but again had no response no delivery upgrade and of course the leggings took weeks not 3-5 days to come! So all in all 3-5 days turned into at least 6 weeks. I also had my last email ignored after expressing I wasn't pleased, funny that
They don’t seem to want to payout on refunds
I returned an item at the beginning of the new year. After hearing nothing I contacted them and they requested proof of posting (as so many others on here have had) I have now sent proof of posting twice and if I don’t hear anything from them by Friday I will be taking them to small claims court and suggest others follow suit. They shouldn’t be able to get away with this scam! Hoping we will give up and just go away and they don’t have to pay out!

Returned leggings nearly 2 months ago, they've ignored all my emails for my refund.

The owner should be ashamed of himself, the company is robbing people out of their own money, it's disgusting.
I've reported them to fair trading standards, so hopefully they'll be consequences for them soon enough.

Mail but having finally agreed to a refund….nothing. Don’t buy, there are plenty of legit business out there who deserve our trade.
AVOID
Zero customer service, company does not reply to emails. Received items 2 weeks late and had an item cancelled and not sent with no explaination.
The leggings I received were also of incredibly poor quality and were irritating. Avoid!!

I've disputed the payment with my credit card company so will be getting mine back soon.
UPDATE They tried to remove this comment and have been deleting comments on Instagram. I reported them to Trading Standards since writing this review, everyone who has been scammed should do the same so they can be investigated.

Same old story as other reviews on here! Ordered leggings on 16th Dec 2023 with express delivery. On Tuesday 19th, I emailed to enquire when the parcel would arrive…as I’d had no tracking info or email to say any parcel was on its way, a customer rep called ‘Amy’ assured me that the parcel had been collected by Evri on the Monday.
Nothing turned up before Christmas or has since! And not even a tracking email from evri! It’s quite clear that they never sent my parcel. I emailed later on asking for a refund as the parcel was originally for a birthday on 23rd Dec, no reply before Xmas.
I left it until after Xmas, but with no customer service response, I followed up again on 29th December… it’s now 30th December and still no reply! No refund! No parcel!
Do not risk your money. I will potentially put in a consumer rights complaint against them as I have the means with my family barrister…it seems they do this to people a lot and plenty of evidence on here.
From what I can tell, the goods (when they actually bother to send them) are good quality, but it’s not worth the risk at the appalling level of customer service and productivity.
Frauds
Hit or miss as to if you get your order. I spent a lot with them in the 24th Nov 23 and have still not received my order, they haven’t refunded the order and they are not replying to any emails. Do not risk your money.
Worst customer service in the world
Worst customer service in the world. I paid for express delivery as it was a gift, but after a long time the item was still not shipped. The customer service response was that it had "lost" with Royal Mail, (lie) and they would look for it. I should give them 10 days. When I hear nothing, I write to them again that I would like my money back, but I just get another email saying that they have sent a new package. When I then ask for a new tracking number, they no longer respond to my messages. I have written to them several times, with no response. Better spend your money elsewhere. These people make a fortune from not shipping what you bought and paid for.
Virkelig dårlig kundeservice
Jeg bestilte den 15. november og den 20. november fik jeg en mail om, at pakken var afsendt. Den 6. december havde jeg ikke modtaget pakken, og jeg skrev derfor en mail. Den 17. december havde jeg hverken modtaget pakken, eller fået svar på min henvendelse, hvorefter jeg skriver endnu en mail. Den har jeg stadig ikke fået svar på. Det er virkelig under al kritik at de ikke engang kan ulejlige sig med at svare. I min sidste mail har jeg også skrevet, at jeg ønsker pengene tilbage, når deres service er så ringe, men det hjælper jo lige vidt, når de ignorerer deres indbakke. Dem handler jeg i hvert fald ikke ved igen!
