I ordered a couple of items from V3 Apparel a few weeks ago, I had seen mixed review's but decided to give them a try any way, because I liked the look of their product. The order has not arrived. I did receive a response from customer support explaining that it was the fault of Royal Mail but I should receive my order by the end of that week. At the time of writing this review, still no order received.

UPDATE
I received part of my order 4 weeks after ordering. One of the items that was not included had been refunded, a couple of weeks after v3 Apparel said that Royal Mail had lost it.

The leggings are decent to be fair. But I won’t be ordering from this company again.

SCAM! Orderd a gift for my wife, took a week to get a tracking dispatch notification only after i complained why they hadnt been sent. But they only created the label never actually sent the items!

THEY LIED when i complained again saying royal mail issue but i checked and RM never ever got the item and the code timed out as it was never sent.

DO NOT USE THEM - AVOID - THEY ARE A SCAM

I ordered my leggings 3 weeks ago!
I have emailed them, they are blaming royal mail for it, but it is not acceptable. I don't believe it is royal mail. I think they are scammers!!!
I contacted my bank for refund, as I don't believe my leggings will ever arrive.
Very disappointed

Been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my £100 order. Email updates are generic and poor. Still no parcel 2 weeks after my first email and the reply today was the same. No refund as requested either. Shall be going through my card provider to claim my money back. V3 SCAM- AVOID.

This is bloody unbelievable. I've been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks now!!! They have send me the tracking number but this was never delivered send over! How the he'll this company this operates??? I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMERS!!!

I wish I’d saved myself time and money and read the reviews.
Guess what! Yes, my package also got lost. Royal Mail supposedly delivered it… to a location at the opposite end of the country!
No reply from them. After reading the reviews I’m not sure I’ll ever see the package or my money back.
I’m especially shocked to see other reviews with the same issue claiming they’d buy again even if their package was lost. You what??

Good quality sports clothing, would definitely recommend! The customer service is also very attentive and efficient.

Unfortunately my parcel got lost but Nicholas went above and beyond to locate it for me to make sure I got my order. Excellent customer service. Will buy from them again :)

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and 2 sports bras. They arrived quickly. The leggings were see through and not suitable for the gym so I requested to send all the items back. My request was accepted quickly. I sent the return back using a tracked service. The email stated that a refund would be issued 1-3 working days after they received it. I waited 4 working days before contacting through email. I provided my tracking number which showed proof of delivery. I received an email back quickly asking me to provide proof of delivery. I emailed back and provided the proof again. This email was not responded to. I waited 48 hours as advised before emailing again, this email was also ignored. Over the next 3 weeks I sent more emails and these were all ignored other than one telling me that they would check to see if it has arrived at the warehouse and if it had gone through their quality control. Luckily, I had purchased this order through Klarna and was able to open a dispute through them. They chased it up and after nearly 4 weeks, I have my refund.
I was sent an email asking me to review the products ordered. I left positive reviews for the sports bras as they were good quality and negative for the leggings as they weren’t. Only the positive reviews were posted on the website….

I recently purchased a pair of legging, returned them as the sizing wasn’t right,it’s been nearly 10 days since I sent the item back and still nothing,usually buying legging from gym shark and alphalete their return system is very straightforward, I’m actually really put off this company, I only wanted to exchange the size and it seems like it’s a big deal, iv sent several emails and nothing not a happy shopper this time unfortunately, I will be getting advice on how to resolve this if I don’t hear anything in the next few days.

I had an issue with some sports leggings, there was a loose stitch that caused a hole. I contacted them, a lovely lady Danielle, emailed me almost instantly, after hearing the issue I had and receiving some photographic evidence, she sent a new pair out to me.

My favourite leggings. I wear them to the gym, to work and just day to day. Thick leggings but not uncomfortable or too hot if that makes sense. The scrunch bum is so flattering.

On top of that I’ve emailed customer service on 2 different occasions regarding orders/a faulty pair and they’ve replied to fast, so understanding and supportive. New pair of leggings sent out straight away. Thank you Nick for helping me!!!

Don’t let the bad comments put you off because honestly this isn’t a big company, they genuinely care.

I order some leggings for my partner 9 days ago supposed to be 3-5days,
Then after going on there website and looking at reviews I come across my name giving a 5 star rating with the same order I got saying I love wearing them blah blah. Contacted then today

I’ve had to edit this due to Trustpilot saying it will be taken down if I don’t provide more information. Still the worst company I’ve dealt with to date and for someone who works for David Lloyd I talk to hundreds of members who have told me to avoid this company after I had ordered. 10 WEEKS it took for these leggings to magically appear and the quality weren’t even all that and wish I’d just stuck with Nike or gym shark. They ignored me for a good 8 weeks after my first initial email and after sending them over 10 emails I still never ever got a response until this day! The worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. Danielle If that helps! They literally will ignore you. once reported to all the correct people my bank card had to change MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE! I spent hours filling in forms and having to tell multiple people the same story! Just avoid this company if you want to save yourself a headache! I’m waiting to hear back from a tv show that I also applied for about terrible customer service. It airs march 2024 and I have all the proof and dates to show what an awful company they are! JUST AVOID

I returned some items from two orders and never received my money back. I received emails confirming that the returns were received, but when I contacted support regarding the refund, I was told there would be a delay. After reaching out again, I received a message stating that my refund request was in the queue for review, but I never received a response. I've contacted them several times since, but I still haven't received any response.

I placed my order 23.09.19. I've paid for tracking and express delivery within 3-5 business days. I've waited but no delivery.
I then contacted customer service on 23.10.02. They told me that they would look into my matter.
Today 23.10.16. I just received an email about being able to track my order in the next 24 hours...
So far, I'm not sure when I will receive my order or even receive it. I know that I will get a refund if it doesn't get delivered, but this is a long ongoing process, and I wanted to share my experience.

Just a quick update. I still haven’t received my order. I asked for a refund last week but the support are not supporting. I’m getting really tired of the slow response and actions. I just want a refund as I was offered. Right now there’s a Danielle and Michael on my case.

Awful leggings do not buy!!! Completely wrong fit and I’ve been through 3 pairs. All ripped in the same place. Much better brands like Gymshark which last ages. seams are massive on the v3 ones and really uncomfortable.

Top quality product and service!! Will definitely be buying again! Quick delivery, comfortable and love the colours.

Great quality products, which I can tell will stand the test of time! The leggings are super stretchy making them very comfortable whilst still very flattering, and delivery was fast! Will be repurchasing, thank you
