Perfect customer service!!! Cannot fault a thing! Oh and the leggings are amazing!

I’ve had some issues and Ryan Jones helped me with it so quickly, I can truly say I never experienced that quick and helpful customer service! 😊

The seam on one of the legs of my Uplift Leggings started to badly unravel after 2 wears, Liz gave a prompt reply to my email and informed me she is sending out a replacement. Great customer service, thank you 😊

Fantastic customer service! I ordered my 3rd pair of leggings but unfortunately ordered the wrong colour. Despite this being my error this was quickly resolved by the company (Liz) and a new pair sent out. I was kept informed throughout by Liz and couldn't fault the service. I love the leggings and would never buy from any other company.

I bought 2 pairs of the scrunch seamless leggings which I loved - the colour and fit were fantastic.
Unfortunately, very quickly both of them tore and as it was both pairs and in a short frame of time, I decided to email the support team just to explain my concerns.
Well, normally I hate doing anything like this and find companies are useless and unhelpful.
Definitely not V3, they dealt with my concerns so quickly, offered me a full refund but I chose to have the leggings replaced as I love the company so much and did love these leggings! They also offered me a 15% off code

I can’t fault the customer service at all, by far the best I’ve ever experienced

My leggings ripped in the stitching, and they have sent a new pair.

Applied for a return on the 18th February and told it would take 3-5 business days. Still waiting for my product to be accepted for a return. Messaged customer services multiple times and still nothing back. Awful service won’t be shopping from this company again!

UPDATE They said they had sent me a new pair when I contacted but didn’t care to notify me. I’m asking to return and refund and they still haven’t got back to me. Awful customer service and experience!

I have bought multiple pairs of leggings from V3 and the one occasion that my leggings suffered a malfunction (ripped entirely after only 4 months) I explained the situation and they immediately sent me a new replacement set of leggings. I was very grateful for this, can highly recommend. Also very affordable.

I have been ordering from this company for a while now and I am always so impressed with the customer service! Had a mild issue that was resolved very quickly by Amy and I was very impressed with the outcome. This company is honestly amazing and I recommend them to anyone! The sportswear is amazing quality and the attitude shared by the workforce is incredible!

Honestly best customer service I have ever received! Firstly, my parcel was a little delayed getting to me because of covid. I emailed v3 support and Liz replied with a really helpful and apologetic response and helped me track my parcel. When I received my parcel (this is the second time I ordered from v3) I ordered multiple colours of the same legging. All were perfect apart from one of the leggings which were obviously just a faulty pair. I reached out to the support team and Amy helped me. She immediately offered me either a replacement pair or store credit. And literally all within the same day (same hour actually) I had an e-gift card sent to me of the full amount and an apology for the inconvenience. I’m really really impressed with the quality of the leggings as well. Definitely prefer to gymshark, they are my new favourites!! And can’t thank Amy enough for her helpful and prompt replies to resolving my issue! Would definitely recommend buying from here!!

Genuinely one of the best companies I have used in a while. The scrunch bum leggings are absolutely amazing and such high quality. I’ve tried similar ones from a very well known competitor (GS) and 3 different pairs have ripped at the seam. I wear my V3 ones all the time and adore them!

I also can’t recommend the customer service team enough. Liz was a dream with processing my return and was so polite - she really went above and beyond.

I’ll absolutely continue to buy and support this company - fast shipping, great products and outstanding customer service!

A bit long delivery time. I was a bit impatiant, So wrote customer-service, who answered quickly, and explained how long it could take. My leggings arrived the following dag, and i LOVE them. Great quality, great price, and great service.
