It took 6 weeks to get a car this time round and i was given little to no information on why it took so long. There does not seem to be an adequate escalation procedure in place and i was left with no vehicle for 6 weeks.

My experience with V4B was excellent from start to finish. Not only were they one of the most competitive for prices for vehicles that I had seen elsewhere for much more, but even when there was issues with cars being withdrawn from short-term contracts, they continued to source a vehicle for me with a turn-around in just over 2-weeks.
