I ordered a memorial for my Sister. It was absolutely what we wanted and beautiful.

With the nature of the product being so important, I was really happy when I opened the box and saw the plaque. Great quality!
The customer service that followed was very responsive and helpful.
I hope I don't have to buy another for a while but I'll certainly come back to Valley Mill again. Thanks

The online design was replicated exactly. The customer service and delivery information was second to none. I cannot recommend this product, service or company highly enough.

Bought a personalised hanging sign in welsh slate. The inclusion of multiple lines of text, which could be altered in size and style was easy, as was the ordering process. Arrived quickly and of good quality. They offer a range of craft/gift items. What a find ! I will be back.
