Amazing tech and design partners

We had a client who wanted to develop an MVP of a mobile app using FlutterFlow. Since we don't cover FlutterFlow development on our side, we asked Valtorian to support us with this MVP.
Their work is top-tier including the development and design parts and our client was satisfied with the end result.

Great experience with Valtorian

We turned to Valtorian to develop a mobile application for our client, an amusement park. We needed to automate processes and establish time control.

It was very comfortable to work with them - communication was clear, without unnecessary delays, and all edits were taken into account. All wishes were taken into account, and the result fully satisfied both us and the client. The app is user-friendly, stable, and fulfills all the requirements.

We recommend Valtorian as a reliable partner!

Beware, you may loose money

*This is all documented, including every message, email, and screenshots from begining to end* they are a very inexperienced team of people who over promise and lie their way into acquiring business. We were VERY clear in asking them if they had experience in sales funnel creation, and they kept saying that they did. They were paid a deposit for scoping the project and then asked for full payment to continue with the project, even though in their initial terms the payments were more spread. At one point they asked for an additional payment of over 300€ for a PDF which was absolutely useless. A project that they promised would take 5 weeks took them over 6 months mostly because they are trying to make things up as they go along and cannot communicate effectively in English, written or spoken, their poor English was plastered all over the funnel, they couldn't even spell check things, and when confronted they said, "we are targeting an international audience, using proper English will put off the potential leads." An excuse we never accepted. We needed this funnel to sell an event, an unusable funnel was poorly delivered a week before the event, loosing us all the income which could be generated through the funnel. The services they asked us to acquire from 3rd party vendors totalled more than 2000€ and at the end the funnel wasn't even functional. They refused to refund any of the money and even insulted our staff and our CEO. The losses through the process of dealing with them exceeded 50,000€. We then acquired another service which cost us less than a quarter of what they charged us, and it was ready in 3 days and works great.
My suggestion is to avoid using them at all costs. They post a lot of ads on social media, so be careful.

Thank you for your detailed review, which I have only just noticed, as we did not previously have a company account on Trustpilot. We are very sorry that our collaboration on this project caused you considerable disappointment and did not meet your expectations. We value all customer feedback as an opportunity for continuous improvement.

We would like to respond to some of the issues raised by providing explanations from our point of view:

- Valtorian specializes in web and mobile application development and UI/UX design. Although our core area of expertise is development, for this particular project we sought to provide a comprehensive solution that included sales strategy and email marketing. For these specific aspects, we brought in an expert whose experience in building sales strategies inspired our confidence. However, we deeply regret that the overall collaboration on the sales strategy did not yield the desired results. As a result, we have decided that we will no longer accept similar requests that go beyond our core development services.

- Regarding the project timeline, we understand your disappointment. However, it is important to note that the duration of the project was indeed affected by delays in receiving timely feedback and necessary content/details from your side. Smooth progress depends on consistent and complete data entry, which was not always available, leading to pauses in our workflow. Throughout our long collaboration, all major milestones and deliverables were provided to you, and we received confirmation or specific requests for refinement. The process was further complicated at the end by the involvement of an additional representative from your team, who requested significant rework based on a different vision, which naturally extended the timeline.

- Regarding payment, our agreement provided for advance payments for specific stages of work related to agreed results and ongoing communication, during which we received confirmation from the client that everything was fine. The additional PDF file you mentioned was not proposed by us, but by your assistant as a means of attracting customers, and was executed by our designer based on specific requirements from your team, for which additional payment was agreed upon, as it was beyond the scope of the initial work.

- Regarding communication, we pride ourselves on maintaining professional and open communication with all our clients. We sincerely apologize if our choice of terminology in one instance caused offense. It was a genuine mistake, and we had absolutely no intention of misleading or offending you in any way. (For a better understanding of the situation for those who will read this, the client was offended by terminology such as “live coach,” which we have of course corrected and apologized for).

We regret any misunderstanding regarding the functionality of the funnel during launch and the subsequent impact on your event. We were very committed to this project and are deeply saddened that you are dissatisfied with the final result.

We strive to learn from every experience and continuously improve our processes to ensure clearer communication and smoother project execution. Your feedback helps us grow.
