Having spent many years participating in surveys on Value Opinions, I opted out after not being rewarded for a completed survey. When I raised this with customer service I was told "In some cases, a survey may allow you to complete it without awarding".
This was completely unacceptable to me, so I opted out of receiving any more surveys.
To my annoyance, I have suddenly started being bombarded with survey invites.
When I complained about receiving invites again, the response was "Could you please confirm whether you would now like to opt back in and reactivate your membership? Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll review your account and advise you on the next steps.

They are great. They are fa tastic.

reasonably length surveys which usually work without error

I find carrying out surveys on Valued Opinions very interesting and rewarding. The surveys are varied with a wide range of topics covered, there really is something for everyone to take part in. The surveys times vary making it easier to complete whether you have a few minutes or longer it's up to you and you can earn excellent rewards for your time and effort.

VERY EASY AND INTERESTING SURVEYS TO COMPLETE BUT SOMETIMES IT CAN BE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING WITH THE LENGTH OF SOME OF THE SURVEYS BUT WITH EXTREMELY LOW POINTS

Been doing these surveys for years. If I have a problem it’s sorted in days.

It started well, but after 2-3 weeks the number of surveys available dropped off significantly. I've also repeatedly spent 20-30 minutes on a survey, only to be rejected at the very end. To be fair I was credited for this when I complained, but I seem now to waste more time getting on to a survey than completing them. On the plus side, the rewards come through instantly, and the support is very good.

Ease of use - easy to follow

I've just started using valued opinions. I feel like it's easy to complete the surveys whilst watching tv or having a quick break. It doesn't pay a lot but the effort into it is minimum as well.

Have really enjoyed doing surveys so far. They seem to be a little like the working version of sudoko or a word search so gives me a break. Only issue I have is the website where you get on to the surveys is a little bit glitchy but if you persevere it gets there..

I have been doing surveys for years and only stick to a few like Valued Opinions, and enjoy doing them, but also when there is a problem, Valued Opinions gets onto it really quickly which i admire, as it doesnt happen with many. Thanks

Has lots of different surveys and games to earn some extra money. There rewards are genuine and you you don't feel like you are being conned by them having rewards set at a high level. Better than a lot of other similar sites.
