Valued Opinions レビュー

A very bad site and my personal experience is even worse. I was a member for more than a year and then my account was suspended for flimsy and weak reasons. Sometimes they say the reason is the multiple accounts, and how are the accounts multiple and the veriff verification system only allows a person to have one account, and when I point out their mistake they say the reason is the quality of the data. Their customer service is bad and it was better in the past. Now they deal with the problem lightly and sometimes they do not respond to messages at all. Unfortunately, I wasted my time on this site.

They responded quickly and made the necessary change requested.

it is very easy and understating language

Excellent all around. Pays well, interesting surveys, a variety of surveys, pays fast, average number of rejections but I think that is due to my age.

Pathetic site. At first they give one or two awards afterwards they create fuss about identity and ask for ID card and other details. Still they don't let us take surveys. Very Disappointing..

So friendly and always quick to fix any complaint I love them

They have the best surveys and the one time I had a concern about not receiving credit for a survey, I contacted them and they made it right.
You can't go wrong with Valued Opinions!

They were responsive to my concerns. The staff answered my question and provided resolution.

This is one of the best trusted sites.i redeemed a lots of rewards here answering surveys.customer care is also very helpful.

Redeeming process is extremely risky and not worth the reward. This site now requires you to use a very shady difficult 3rd party business named Veriff to redeem rewards.

This is one of the best survey sites on the internet. The surveys pay fairly and I always find several surveys to complete. I also qualify for many of the surveys so I don't waste a lot of my time starting a survey and then disqualify for it. Customer service is A+, they respond quickly to problems and they have always come up with solutions for me. A while back they were requiring that you had to send in your identification to a third party company or wait for Valued Opinions to send you a postcard with a verification code on it. Thankfully they no longer use that system, as far as I know. When I have redeemed points, I get my gift cards quickly, there is no waiting days or weeks for them like some other survey sites. They offer a good selection of gift cards for point redemption. However, I do wish they offered PayPal.

Great customer service, handled my issue with speed and care.

Awesome company that cares about it's members. And also I love that I can put my opinions to work!

No waiting, no complaints!!!

I like how there is always surveys for me to participate in. The only thing that I don't like is the amount of time. It takes me to complete a survey and that they only provide surveys to complete for rewards.

Been with this site for over 15 years and never had a problem
Suddenly asked to provide photographic evidence of who I am and unable to claim rewards
Absolutely disgusting actions by Valued Opinions
