Ottimo sw per valutazioni aziendali. Genera report professionali e chiari. La Banca dati mette a disposizione la maggior parte delle aziende quotate. Il software funziona bene e gli output sono di alto livello.

Utilizzo Valutico da quasi 2 anni, e devo dire che tutto il team si trova davvero bene. La piattaforma è solida e completa, ma quello che fa la differenza è il supporto: rispondono sempre in tempi rapidi e sono molto disponibili quando hai richieste specifiche o dubbi su come impostare un'analisi.

Un grazie particolare a Davide, che è stato un punto di riferimento prezioso: professionale, competente e sempre pronto a darti una mano con spiegazioni chiare. Non è scontato trovare questo livello di assistenza.

Consigliata se cercate uno strumento serio con un team che vi segue davvero.

Really easy to use and to understand. The final output is great quality and nice looking.

Very professional platform and user experience. Very little time needed to understand valuation process. Valutico team ready and highly knowledgable to assist in specific valuation issues and / or questions how to use platform. Frequent updates of features. Easy access to valuation critical data (peer group, transaction multiples, cost of capital, etc.)

The program is really easy to use and is particularly useful for me when I want to use a peer group for evaluation. I often use this feature.

Valutico nos ofrece precisamente eso que buscamos. Para nosotros ha sido una herramienta que nos ha ayudado como soporte en nuestras operaciones de M&A. Seguimos utilizando nuestra metodología de valoración, pero la complementamos con la completa información que aporta Valutico y contrastamos los resultados. Como toda herramienta, requiere de un periodo de aprendizaje y en ello, otro de los positivos aspectos de Valutico es el acompañamiento que hemos recibido de Sebastián, nuestro account manager. Valutico se ha transformado para nosotros en una herramienta muy flexible en la gestión de los parámetros de valoración usados, muy amplia en cuanto a la información transaccional que facilita y muy operativa en cuanto a la preparación de informes para clientes se refiere. 12 meses después podemos decir que su elección fue un acierto para nosotros.

The call was ment to be an intro with Julia Stiefmüller ( my new account manager). She was perfectly prepared, knew about my history with Valutico and how we use the platform. She is not a "hardseller", but listens carefully to your needs and explains the features of the platform which might be useful or have been improved over the past months. A very pleasant experience!

La piattaforma è molto intuitiva e permette di ottenere un elevata quatità di dati e informazioni in maniera rapida ed efficiente sia da un punto di vista di formazione del WACC che dei piani e del benchmark.

Valutico is a valuable valuation tool with various features - have used it to identify peer comparables and analyze transactions, both of which were simple and efficient. The option that reveals transaction details and similar transactions was especially useful in streamlining my research. While the "i" icon on the peer selection side provides additional information about the peers, I noticed that the descriptions might not always be entirely accurate or fully descriptive of the business. However, this wasn’t a major issue since I still reviewed each peer individually. Overall, Valutico has been a valuable resource in my analysis, making peer and transaction comparisons much more efficient!

Ralph has taken me through the exact steps I needed to take to be able to produce a detailed valuation report. Every professional should subscribe to Valutico. Anybody in business should be constantly thinking about its value. Valutico provided world class tools to seamlessly improve this process.

Il software risulta completo per effettuare una valutazione d'azienda. Inoltre viene continuamente migliorato e vengono aggiunte nuove funzionalità. I dati delle società quotate vengono presi da un'importante banca dati che ne certifica la qualità. L'utilizzo dell'intelligenza artificiale poi migliora ed efficienta alcuni processi. Il continuo supporto di Davide si è poi rivelato molto prezioso per comprendere il funzionamento del software.

An interesting, well-built application with a lot of potential. Very useful for rapid, high-level valuations, allowing for a quick first-pass at a business or asset. Still some limitations and constraints in the amount of customisability relating to inputs, parameters and outputs, relying on Valutico's own judgements and preferences, which can be easy to overlook, and need to be well understood for the assumptions being made. Adding more customisation capability over time will allow outputs to stand up as more robust and defendable in a professional finance context. Account service has been positive, our rep Ralph is responsive, professional and listens to feedback

Facilità di utilizzo, affidabilità delle informazioni basate su Capital IQ, possibilità di creare differenti scenari, possibilità di ampliare le valutazioni tenendo conto di aspetti qualitativi importanti e della tematica ESG, tool facili e completi per la creazione di business plan semplificati.
Insomma una strumento completo e affidabile per predisporre valutazioni professionali qualificate.
