Scammers – Avoid at All Costs

I paid a deposit for a van around 2.5 years ago after agreeing on a collection date. I was prepared to travel nearly 300 miles to collect it. When the day arrived, the van simply wasn’t ready. As I urgently needed a vehicle, we mutually agreed to cancel the sale. The merchant apologised and clearly admitted the situation was their mistake.

Despite this, my deposit was never refunded 2 and half years later !!!

After repeatedly chasing them, Debbi asked me to provide documents such as the invoice and screenshots of our conversations, which I sent immediately. Since then, they have completely ignored all my emails and phone calls.

I am now left with no option but to involve Trading Standards to recover my money. From what I can see, this appears to be a recurring pattern of behaviour, which is deeply concerning.

Avoid this company at all costs.
