Great service vanilla arrived next day packaged well with compliment slip etc. Felt as a valued customer. The pods are by far the best ! have obtained in Britain, juicy and plump. Supermarket products only had 2 per pack at nearly £3! Made some lovely pannacotta. Thanks Graham.

I ordered vanilla pods for the first time from Vanillaetc. when, yet again my usual supplier was uncontactable.

The pods at Vanillaetc. we're considerably cheaper and so I was expecting a lesser quality or a smaller pod - I was so pleased when my pods arrived, beautifully packaged, the very next day (living in the remote Scottish Highlands that really is something special) and the quality was more than equal to my previous supplier.

Well done on a first class service Vanillaetc. ... guess who will be getting my business from now on?

Hi I needed some vanilla pods mega quick to make some vanilla ice cream, my 1st ever atempt! I googled' vanilla pods ' which led me to come accross Vanillaetc. First of all i was impressed with the classy layout of the site,easy to find what i need.
Eventually ended up buying some vanilla extract with beans aswell as pods.
Arrived superfast well in time for my need, the packaging and presentation is 2nd to none, with such a nice personell touch . I certainly wasn't disappointed when i used my vanilla products, top class quality!! So when i emailed the company ,i never expected a reply ,a day later ,they gave me all the info i wanted to know !

I would definitely recommend vanilla pods uk. I have ordered pods before which are much cheaper than the super market and they despatch really quickly, almost the next day. Since the name has changed to Vanillaetc they have definitely upped the marketing. My order arrived in a 'gift wrapped' package, complete with tissue paper and a tag.

The good: all the items were in stock and arrived quickly.

The bad: the shipping was exorbitant and the cost, as shown on the postage label ,was just half what I had actually been charged. I bought a variety of essences. All bore different "Sell By" dates, which I understand, but a couple expire in only a month's time.

The "bad" leaves a less then pleasant taste in the mouth and a feeling that the seller was trying to exploit me.

This is the first time that I have used your vanilla, and I must say that the packaging was very good. I have great hopes for the flavour of my custard and ice cream.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BOUGHT VANILLA ON THE INTERNET; THE RETAIL PRICE OF PODS IS A RIP OFF. I CANNOT FAULT THE SERVICE OF VANILLAETC. THE PRODUCT WAS COMPETITIVELY PRICED AND THE QUALITY GOOD. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AND WILL BUY FROM VANILLAETC AGAIN

All I can say is excellent, got my order quickly, everything was well packed, I made a mistake about P&P and Graham sent me some free vanilla pods.
I would recommend Graham to anyone, and I will be getting all of my vanilla items from Graham.

I found this company via Google. I was looking for genuine Vanilla products at a reasonable price and the free delivery was a bonus. The order arrived very quickly and was well packed. As the Vanilla was for my daughter, I do not think she will have used it yet but she was pleased to receive it and no doubt I will be re-ordering for her in due course.

Great product, much better quality and cheaper than the shops this won't be the last time I use this site and have already recommended it to 2 friends and even a stranger in the supermarket

this is the first time ive used vanilla ect but i could not believe the outstanding service and exellent value for money.
