Wrong items sent and no reply to any form of contact!!!!

Very good experience, when they sent my order she didn’t know if the postcode was right due to being in a flat so called me to confirm. It came well packed too and was quick for Royal Mail!

The ELUX LEGEND I got Lemon Ribera it only lasted one week so dry disappointed

They never sent me half of my order, never returned my money for missing items and never even replied to any of my messages. Scammers.

Great prices, had what I wanted in stock when others didn’t, good delivery, happy customer

Came to Vape hut to restock on flavour.
I was served by Kristina, and she was amazing. Helped me pick the right flavours and coils and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Ordered a vape kit for Christmas on the 14th December. Didn't receive an email confirmation of my order so I emailed them... no reply. Called the number on their website (mobile number) was told to text them the order details. They replied that my order has been placed & dispatched. 2 weeks later, multiple messages & no order. They claim that the item is no longer in stock yet 3 days later it's still listed on their website.
Terrible service that left me without a Christmas gift.
This is not a professional company. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs! I’ve been a customer here for years, and the standard of this shop has dropped! Anthony was rude, and very unhelpful. Just tried to force sell me an alternative vape pen I did not need, went down the road and they sorted it out for me straight away, for free. It’s disappointing how he tried to take advantage. It’s disgusting to also see NO social distancing procedures are being met, he was vaping instore? No 2 metre social distancing. I will never return here again.

Ordered on 11th April 2019. It is now 8th May 2019. I have heard nothing from them despite sending a message to customer services a couple of weeks ago and leaving a voicemail today! My order says it is processing. If I hear nothing today I’ll have contact my bank and initiate a chargeback.

I’ve used this shop for over 2 years. Always had great service from great staff. The stock is good and nicely displayed. Prices are the best in the area.

Still processing after 3 days

I gave an order 3 days ago and paid for the next day delivery. I was expecting the package yesterday. After not receiving it today, I checked the order and it is still in processing state. This was my first and last order from them. Although they have a shop in oxford circus, I am not sure if they are reliable.
