Communication not the greatest

My new letter jacket from Varsity Base rocks!
I absolutely love my new letter jacket! The quality and materials used to create my jacket are excellent. I was able to use their AI generator to create a custom patch, which turned out great. I worked with Luke Staben, Donn, and Hannah from their customer satisfaction team. They were not only responsive, but also very helpful with my questions throughout the entire process. I wore my jacket at the Navy lacrosse game and got a ton of compliments. People immediately asked where I got my jacket from. Several of my classmates plan to order similar jackets as well. Let down and Disappointed…
The fabrics were nice but the patches and below standard. I was excited waiting on delivery but very disappointed in finished product. It now just sits in the closet.
