Was slightly worried about ordering my swarovski spiral ring as i hadnt heard of vcrystals before, but reckoned as i was using paypal i would be covered. The purchased item arrived from abroad in just a few days! It was well packaged and arrived safely, clearly marked Fragile. It is exactly as advertised and I was delighted with my purchase.

At first I was a bit unsure as it took over a week to dispatch the item and it was supposed to be for a 60th birthday present so it didn't arrive on time. When it did arrive my mum loved it and it really was beautiful!

As mentioned in other reviews, I was skeptical of getting a timely delivery... if at all. Having never placed an order from out of country, I lacked confidence. However, within a very short time the delivery was made and the product was in excellent condition. My word to Vcrystals is: Brilliant! (I was anxious when the product wasn't coming only to find out that the delivery notice had been delivered to my neighbor. Product in hand, I am very satisfied)

I ordered a Swarovski pendant after searching all over Europe and US. Finally found it at Vcrystals. I was a bit nervous because Elta (Greek Postal Service) wouldn’t track the package outside Rodos, so I thought the parcel never left.
Got it in 7 days. The item is beautiful, exactly as advertised and the price very reasonable. Congratulations Antonios, for a customer service second to none.
