We find it disappointing when reviews claim that products were never received while we cannot locate any corresponding order in our system. We always work hard to resolve genuine customer concerns and provide support whenever an issue arises.

At the time of your order, we had just expanded into Australia and New Zealand and were working with a fulfilment partner that unfortunately did not meet the service standards they had committed to.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
Since then, we've completely resolved these fulfilment issues and significantly improved our shipping process, so customers can now expect a much smoother delivery experience.
