There was a delay in my regular order arriving, I say âdelayâ but in fairness the order went through early on Saturday morning and I am so used to the excellent turnaround times I was surprised when they were not with me on Sunday! So when they didnât arrive I sent a mail to Velo Customer Service who responded very quickly to assist me. I was a bit embarrassed that by the time I read their mail my Velos had arrived! Thank you to Velo Customer Care!

You guys rebranded and your product is absolute garbage. What a foolish mistake on your part. You want from having a good product to tasting good and now it is disgusting.

You have to complete a form to confirm youâre not a criminal defrauding the company. So off to Nordic Spirit I go. Donât waste your time or money.
Great product, been buying velo for years. Had a small issue with a subscription but customer service was very efficient in sorting it out, offering me a refund or additional cans.
