Almost Order Delay
There was a delay in my regular order arriving, I say âdelayâ but in fairness the order went through early on Saturday morning and I am so used to the excellent turnaround times I was surprised when they were not with me on Sunday! So when they didnât arrive I sent a mail to Velo Customer Service who responded very quickly to assist me. I was a bit embarrassed that by the time I read their mail my Velos had arrived! Itâs a 50/50 chance that you actually receive your parcel from Evri, who takes random pictures of anyoneâs front door as âproof of deliveryâ. Velo are slow to respond, if at all. You have to complete a form to confirm youâre not a criminal defrauding the company. So off to Nordic Spirit I go. Donât waste your time or money.
