Stayed here one night on a recent trip
Stayed here one night on a recent trip. I was able to check in early and the room was a good size and clean. The room was better then other hotels I recently stayed in Vegas so no complaints there. The hotel seemed empty but since I declined a upgrade I think I was out facing a undesirable view. The rate was decent and I felt the room rate and value was ok. The Resort Fees are what loses a star for this hotel. The resort fee was about the same cost as the room rate. Used none of the so called included amenities that resort fee includes. Just a extra money grab and I really don’t like it. Yes almost all hotels in Vegas use it but it’s shady.
Rude and threatening Casino employee
"Venetian Las Vegas is known for their professional staff and superb service." This is false. I have never felt welcome here, especially on the Casino floor. This one particular table dealer, Jian, did not reflect any of the values Venetian highlighted. Jian was very rude and gave me an uncomfortable glare. Jian thought I didn't understand her mumbles but she was secretly hoping I'll lose my money and leave the table. What type of service and dealer are you hiring at Venetian? I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism and never in my life been treated like that. This employee, Jian, was unwelcoming, even threatening and made me feel incredibly anxious and uncomfortable. The reviews about rude employees are 100% true. You just got lucky if you didn't come across any during your stay. I wish it didn’t have to come to this but I truly hope Venetian Las Vegas can be better moving forward. This is not acceptable. I hope Venetian will do a better job training and keeping their staff accountable for their actions. Until Jian's removed, I will never stay or gamble here again. Rude and employees lacking in basic morals and characters is alarming and bad for any business.
We visited The Venetian from 7/31-8-2
We visited The Venetian from 7/31-8-2. We upgraded to have the “full experiences”. As I walked in the room, I noticed that there was an old banner that stated, “Happy 18” and the TV would not turn on. Me seeing this old birthday banner, I obviously knew the room was not thoroughly clean or inspected even after the upgrade. Especially with current pandemic, you would think the rooms would be in the best conditions. I did not make a complaint at that time which now I regret. We checked out of our room on 8/2/2020.
Left the room in the same condition it was given to us, paid our final balance and left. 4 days later I get a charge on my credit card for $1500! I spoke to their Account Receivable department because at this point, I still wanted to give the Venetian the benefit of the doubt and just wanted to clear this matter up. Until I found out why the Venetian felt the right to charge me without my AUTHORIZATION which was over a so called “broken TV” (which was already broken!). The most upsetting part of the charge on my credit card was that the Venetian did not send me an email or any type of notification on the withdrawn and to make matters worse. I got transferred to their security team and they stated a report had to be issued. The Venetian did not even make a report prior to taking the money out of my bank account over this “broken TV”. They could not even give me details on how the TV was broken. I have stayed in so many hotels in Las Vegas and never encountered this problem. I even try contacting them no reply and they never got back me on the report. I finally heard from their risk management department because I called to call them for the 4th time. From them to tell me after making me wait for almost a whole month, I need a subpoena to review my own report that I had to request because they can't send me any type of proof or documentation. Stay somewhere else, save your self the headache!

The hotel is an illusion. Everything about it is fake and the service simply appalling. There are much better hotels in Vegas
Do not believe anything they tell you. The rules change as they go along

The Best place to host an event!
Organized a stunning event here and it was Huge. If you're planning a Big Event, the Venetian is the place to do it. They can literally accommodator for anything you can produce. There are no limits here!
