We’ve been a customer at the Daventry branch for over 20 years, and have purchased two Adria caravans during that time.
Darren was very patient with our many questions when we were new to caravaning and the team who run the after sales service are brilliant at getting things fixed.
Mark is often there on a weekend and has a great memory for names!
We wouldn’t consider buying from any other dealership.

Mark exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what I wanted. Great service, great product and excellent value for money.

We booked to go and see a campervan we were interested in. We arrived and mark was there to great us and offered us refreshments straight away. He then took us round the van we had come to see and was very thorough and clear on explaining all about the van and was happy to answer any questions. We found him and other staff very knowledgeable of the kit they are selling and we're very accommodating. The whole process was very smooth and we are now enjoying our new van.

Very good customer service, been looking for a campervan for a long time and after extensive research into a reliable and approved company, we came across Redline! From first communications with the staff to answering every question we had, we was made to feel valued, understood and not pressured into anything. We would definitely recommend Redline to anyone wanting a safe, reliable campervan that is top quality and top craftsmanship.

Sales support was good. There were some additional requestes for information which were answered promptly, which I found helpful. I requested for some modification to the new van for which they had a month to sort prior to hand over. This caused a delay on the agreed hand over date, which I felt could have been handled better. Secondly the some of trim in the new van was becoming detached. This was not the dealers fault as it is down to poor manufacturing methods. However, I would have hoped the dealer would have picked this up in the PDI.

When we arrived to view the motor home it was prepped and ready. We were left to look around its features at our leisure and the sales person was on hand when needed and was very knowledgeable about the MH. Collection was straight forward especially as we had already received the instruction / hand over video.
Any outstanding paperwork has now been forwarded on, as we bought over the Christmas period.
We feel that we received a fair PX on our previous van.
All in all a very pleasant and professional experience.

Brilliant service from Matt, Steph and the team at Venture Caravans Hitchin. This is the second caravan that we have purchased through Venture Caravans Hitchin and they are to be highly commended for their high level of service. Nothing is too much trouble, and their aftersales service is superb. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. You can buy with confidence with these guys. 5 stars doesn't cover it. Well done all and thank you for your attention to detail.

Mark was very helpful when it came to taking us through the purchase of our 1st motorhome, a little slip with the V5 but nothing that can't be fixed.

Venture made us feel welcome from the start. We were shown round and given chance to ask about everything we wanted to know. They fitted a tracker at a reasonable price and their after sales service is excellent. We received two registration documents from DVLA which Venture sorted out for us very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them on price and service.

Fantastic service especially from Mark. His knowledge and advice went a long way towards our decision to use Venture. He was very helpful without being pushy and communication was excellent. We can't wait to use our new caravan

Bought five month old caravan and it is spectagular.I live 140mile from dealership so a long journey to view caravan.No problem they sent me great video in which they covered everything.Took small deposit to reserve it and without seeing my caravan after asking a few questions over the phone gave me a part ex price that after inspection of my caravan even though they found a small leak they didnt try to knock any further money off.I sent a number of emails asking questions regarding combined legal towing weights on different uk driving licences and got a reply within minutes even though it was late evening as the salesman obviously even picks up his emails at home after work.I am not one that normally leaves reviews but was compelled to do so as i havent ever experienced a compny who go so far to accomadate their customers.They added 5G wifi with external antenna to the caravan and i looked on line to see how cheap i could get this done and the price that they did it for was a very good price.Even though the caravan is only five months old and doesnt require its first service they put it in the workshop and sent me a very detailed report of gas/electric body fittings appliance tests etc which they carried out for my piece of mind.Their was a lot of added extras which i assume the previous owner left in the caravan which wernt on the listing so they could of easilly taken these items out but they left all the extra equipment for me at no extra cost.I left some extra items in my part ex caravan and they even went into their shop and got the same items for the Bailey caravan as the fittings for swift caravans meant my items wouldnt fit the Bailey caravan and didnt ask me for any further money.
The caravan will last me for many years but when i eventually change it they were so much better than my local dealership where i bought my caravan from i will come back to you as its worth the the long drive as you blow my local dealership out of the water.

We bought a new motorhome from Venture. The whole process was easy and very quick. Really appreciated that they let us collect it before a holiday we’d booked so we didn’t have to take our old one, which we part exchanged.
Darren was great at communicating with both of us.
We’d definitely recommend buying a motorhome/caravan/campervan from Venture.

This is the second van, in six years, we have bought from Venture. Fairly priced, excellent used condition, meticulous handover process. We wouldn't buy from anyone else!

We purchased a Bailey Pegasus from Venture in August ‘24 and having been away in it a few times we very pleased with it.
The salesman, Darren, was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions, he also let us look around at our leisure, without any pressure, to decide which caravan suited us best.
The hand over couldn’t have been better, Darren showed us how everything worked and also provided us with a video of how to operate everything to download on my phone, this has been an excellent tool which I have referred to many times.
During our first trip away we identified a couple of niggles which the excellent After Sales team dealt with immediately with no question.
I do not hesitate to recommend Venture to anyone looking to buy a new or used caravan.

The professionality and honesty of this company was first class,the workmanship is very professional and precise and they are NCC approved which gives you reassurance the conversion has been done to an excellent standard a truly awesome company.

I bought a replacement Truma water pump from them unfortunately it failed on the next water butt fill up, the pump had spilt from the impeller on the pipe. I took it back and they replaced it straight away. Thanks for a great service would definitely recommend

The service provided by Venture Caravans was excellent, but the quality of the Bailey Caravan leaves quite a lot to be desired.
The internal door will not shut, the latches make it too big for the opening.
The external door will not lock properly, the black latch will not move across to the shut position.
The windows will not shut tightly.
The window blind in the kitchen is very temperamental and will shoot back into its housing at the slights provocation.
The TV Ariel has a poor connection making the signal intermittent. This causes the picture to break up when you actually get a picture, which is rare.
Making the Sonos unit mandatory without the opportunity to choose an alternative thus clearing the work top over the fridge is an imposition. Not everyone is Tech savvy. Many people who buy caravans are older and still have CD collections and do not use Spotify or others of similar ilk.
All in all not good for an expenditure of £26,000.
