First time been but what stand out the professionalism the communication and for the amazing effort and support to Cali Thank God for your amazing service thank you very much

Highly recommended, too good staff ,pet friendly atmosphere. Staff were very kind and explained everything clearly. My pet was treated very well.

We visited following a very stressful time. The receptionists and Vet Tom were all really helpful.

I would recommend Blaise Animal Hospital for anyone with pets in need.

Very expensive but glad they were able to sort my cat out.

£315 just for a consultation fee when we know already what the problem is, is extortionate. I understand the £75 medication cost to make the dog vomit but the vet spent a very limited amount of time with us. The total bill for less approximately 45 minutes and of that about 15 minutes of the vets time is totally unreasonable. Regulations need to be put in place!

Great out of hours service. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable, friendly at a stressful time with our dog.

My dog was looked after well. It is so good to know this hospital is available to use.

Explained the whole procedure and put my mind at rest. Helped to ease my worries about my cat, during a really stressfull experience.

Having visited twice with my pet dog and she had an over night stay on one occasion she was treated and cared for I would happily bring her back again. The vet put our minds as ease and right away knew her needs Thank you🐶

Friendly clean and quick to be seen

Expensive as is any vets but they were good and saw my cat immediately out of hours after he was attacked by a dog

We arrived very worried and upset and were seen by a vet almost immediately. He was very reassuring gave her an injection and medicine. my dog was well within a few days.

Call made. Dealt with professionally. We arrived and had just a short wait before seeing a lovely vet who gave us options regarding treatment. Explained the difficulties regarding the fact that kasha had eaten recently and went out to discuss with colleagues the safe time span. He then organised her treatment and her ear was stitched-she came out looking so much better than she was when we went in! He came to speak to us about her treatment and follow up needed.
Kasha was returned to us and we needed to sit a while to allow her to’ find her legs’. We were assisted by receptionists to find a way to get kasha back out to the car.
In all honesty, nothing further could have been done to help.
Her recovery is continuing very well. A first class service.

Everyone was very attentive, kind and caring. Speedy and efficient. Excellent service.

The vet was very efficient and attentive in helping our dog to be as comfortable as he possibly could. The vets was very clean. we didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

My kitten Coco ate chocolate, and they took care of that very quickly whilst waiting there was also a coffee machine which we can take free coffee from. The vet explained properly what was wrong and what we have to do for the medicine. Now coco is very happy!
