Seen very quickly. Very calm, very thorough.

The staff and vet were very helpful, the vet very informative,
explaining possible reasons for my dogs illness and possible ways to recovery and after delivering the treatment, kept in touch to see how his patient was

My dog was very ill on Sumday morning. I took him to Vets Now at Kesgrave. They were efficient, caring and kind. Initially they were going to keep him in 24 hrs but then phoned and said I could collect him.
All throughout Sunday and the Bank Holiday they phoned and checked him. He went back for further meds.
I cannot fault Alex and Tasha. 1st class.

Instructions to practice given very good and advice given was precise. All staff were most polite.

Great Vet who set our worried minds at rest. Very pleased with service and advice given.

I phoned the phone number for some advice to see if if could wait for the morning, the telephone advisor said I need to take my dog to the vets straight away. When I got to the vets, I was sent back home with my dog and on reflection it could have waited until the morning.

I spent near £400 and most of that was on the emergency vet fee which feels like a lot of money for something that could have waited.

I felt under pressure as the telephone advisor told me I must take my dog straight away so I followed her advice.

The main thing is my dog is doing well but I do think I was made to go immediately so they could get more money out of me as a company.

I didn’t think the vet was very engaging, I found her to be condescending and sarcastic. My dog is my world so I am probably an over anxious dog mum but I would have appreciated some empathy, not dismissing my worries. I was worried that my dog might have been poisoned as there have been concerns about poison being left in my area but the vet was so patronising when I suggested that. My usual day vets are brilliant but the out of hours service is not. Yes she treated my dog but with a patronising and condescending attitude.

Very helpful and informative .looked after my cat which had a burst assess. Clear instructions on how to administer medicinewhen we arrived we didn't have to wait long. Price was a little bit excessive but understand it was out of hours service

The staff were absolutely amazing. We were so worried for our puppy who was only 12 weeks old and started vomiting constantly. They were really reassuring and gave brilliant helpful advice.

Emergency appointment for my rat, was caring and helping find solutions

My 11 year old yorkshire terrier was in extreme distress,coughing,fighting for breath,I rang vets now at 5am,took him straight there,receptionist was very understanding,took my dog straight through to the vet,the vet immediately treated charlie,gave him a sedative and explained very carefully exactly what was wrong(heart condition) and exactly what to do moving forward to manage his condition.Ive registered with a vet who reiterated exactly what vets now emergency vet told me,and we,re moving forward with a care plan for charlie.I cannot express my gratitude for both the receptionist and the emergency vet for treating my little dog and making him comfortable and calming both him and me down,angels both of you

Vets now were outstanding at a time we needed them most.
Our beloved rabbit developed Fly strike over bank holiday weekend and VetsNow couldn’t have been more caring, considerate and professional.

I was concerned my GSD might have a stomach twist after becoming very uncomfortable after eating her dinner and evening snack. Vets Now are based at our usual vet, so I knew where to go and phoned the number online which took me through to a central call centre who took down a few details. We were seen immediately upon arrival and were the only people there until we left a few hours later at 11pm. Consultation cost was outlined on the phone before arrival and treatment options and costs were clearly set out by the vet, including any additional costs as the evening went on (further tests, etc). The process was set out clearly to us and we were given the option to stay or go home (we did one each), and our dog’s welfare was the main priority. After a physical examination, sedation, X-ray and various blood tests, the vet confirmed our dog to be safe and sent her home, including with some medication to help bring down a temperature. Vets Now obviously also communicate with our normal vet, as we got a follow up call from our vet the next morning to check if there was anything we needed. The price reflects the nature of the emergency care, and if something had been seriously wrong I’ve no doubt our dog would’ve been looked after.

Typically our dog fell ill when vets where closed for the holidays. Vets now were our out ooh vets. The staff were friendly and considerate. The vet was open about the fees and how she was worried about my dogs health as was I. I had constant phone updates and they were happy to give me an update even at 12.30am new years day. They didn't have my dog longer than necessary. When i took her home they gave me all the information on how i can claim through insurance and good aftercare advice.

They were very helpful talking care to find what what wrong with my dog . the only thing which i found a bit much was the price ?

Very good service, put my mind at rest and gave great advice .

When we arrived with are pet Poppy Dog the vet was waiting She was very kind and sympathetic and very professional We had to have Poppy put to sleep although it was not a nice experience the staff were very kind and helpful and after care was took care of Poppy to have her cremated which we selected a little casket for her which now stands on a little cupboard in the corner with her photo bless her Thanks Vets Now

This Was the first time we have used the out of hours vets as on the Monday morning Dudley could not get up and could not weight bear on his rear legs, there was no compassion from the vet to us when we arrived at 6.30 in the morning or our pet we took him and carried him and handed him over to the vet she said she would check him over out the back and after a while brought him back to us on a lead which i must say surprised both me and my husband she said it looked like spinal injury and to rest him he had had painkillers and then her response was to us that she had seen worst, he obviously had pain and we rested him for that day killers unfortunately later that night he had to go back to our vets and have emergency spinal treatment on the Tuesday morning which was graded as five the worst case maybe you should pass this on to the vet in question as Dudley has have been at the spinal referral unit for three weeks on Tuesday and the outcome is not good as we have to make a decision to maybe let him go this week, we definitely hope we never have to use the out of hours vets again we have also passed this on to Orwell vets who have been amazing with Dudley
