I couldn’t thank them enough
We took our cavachon in late Sunday night with breathing issues and they took her straight away
They reassured us several times thankfully we could bring her home great service and friendly staff

A very caring veterinary practice.
The vet that we saw with our little Westie was gentle, kind and very thorough in his examination of my dog. He also gave us good advice. The veterinary nurse and receptionists were also very helpful.

All the staff including, Receptionists, Nurses, Assistants and Vets, were lovely. They were very friendly, professional and kept me up to date with the treatment and procedures. They treat everyone with respect and you can very tell they love the animals they treat. Thank you so much Vets Now, Newport.

Absolutely fantastic vets, quick and very proffessional, cant thank them enough for dealing with our little Luna who had a complete change in behaviour alongside vomiting and diarrhea. 40 mins after arriving we were leaving with everything we needed for her and a much happier and calmer little pup. Thank you 😊

I was seen straight away, they kept me informed of what treatment was available and how much it was and took the time to explain everything to me. Very good experience.

We had to bring our dog Maisie in as an emergency on Saturday, she had been to our own vets who said it was an allergy, but she became a lot worse 2 days later .The staff were absolutely amazing and very caring and put myself and daughter at ease.
When it comes to your pets you can't put a price on them you just say yes , so glad we took her there .

From the first phone call to being seen out. They’re absolutely wonderful. We moved our Tiger to a vet closer to home once they opened and the vet we’d been dealing with called our local one just to fill them in before she went home. Above and beyond. Genuinely so kind and caring for us and our son (cat). The best people on earth. Thank you so much for everything you did for my boy 💕

Very prompt, reassuring emergency treatment and diagnostic procedure for my very poorly Border Collie with a spinal injury.
Immediate referral to specialist neurologist at Langford.

Amazing. The staff at Vets Now Newport were incredible when my rabbit, Wes, who went into Gut Statis following a routine castration. They were friendly, knowledgeable & so professional. All staff have a deep compassion for animals, & it shows. Lovely premises, ample parking, clean & tidy spaces. Leaving Wes there for the night was not an easy decision, however the staff were so caring & couldnt do enough to set my mind at ease, keeping me notified throughout Wes' stay. Very impressed 😇😇😇

Extremely welcoming , understanding of situation and very efficient regarding dealing with my Great Dane who had cut his hind foot very badly and was losing a lot of blood.

We brought our cat in to be checked for a recurrent issue, as the normal vet was not available. The staff was nothing but supportive and the vet that saw us was sympathetic, thorough, and took all our concerns into consideration.

Thank you to all the staff seeing our pudding on Friday in an emergency, you put us at ease, Thank you again

We visited the vet on Bank Holiday Monday, the vet that attended to our dog Alfie was amazing. Our dog has been attacked by another dog and has severe injuries. Thank you so much for your empathy, support and caring nature with our dog and us

After a very traumatic and emotional weekend, our cat, Sky, has now made a full recovery thanks to the team at Vets Now in Newport!!
We cannot thank the team enough for saving her after it was touch and go and almost debated the dreaded decision after hearing the results.
Special mention to Federica, Caitlin and Andrea who were all so kind and kept us informed everytime we / they called.
She is now back to being her sassy self and settled at home!

Staff were lovely, happy to help and full of smiles.

As said in previous reviews the consultation fee was astronomical. £150 to even talk to someone who literally had to go speak to someone else so not even sure was a vet consultation as she had to talk to someone else. It was 2:30pm so not sure how out of hours. My own vet who is literally in same room didn't have a vet on site ? Found all they were concerned about was getting money. Wanted to see insurance and that i could pay before even taking any interest in my pet even though I was in tears. They are supposed to care about animals to not acknowledge him before I show my phone to them with ability to pay was awful. Then took my phone for 5 mins into a different room to go show someone else I had insurance. Think this was wrong i was upset at time just wanting my pet seen. Surely taking my phone into a different room without me is not professional practice

We arrived at 11:30pm. Our little dog Lulu was taken away for immediate assessment. Staff were very friendly and showed concern and kindness for Lulu who was not well. The vet came in to see us and took her time to discuss Lulu’s ailments. I would highly recommend this vet for emergency out of hours care.

An all round good experience for myself and most importantly my poorly cat. Explained treatment and answered any questions I had .
