They don't even deserve 1 star, unfortunately there is not option to give 0 stars. The staff very rude and pushy. They will insist on you changing flight times and charge you twice more to what you will get from airline themselves. When I contacted them over the phone to question as to why they charge twice more to what airline actually chargea, I got a very rude respond. I then sent them an email and was told that they don't use Skyscaner or airlinea directly to purchase their flights, but instead use their dedicated suppliers. I replied to their email with a number of questions, but haven't heard anything back after chasing it up few times. They are so unprofessional I'm surprised they are still up and running. AVOID AT ALL COST

Brilliant service, help me sort different dates and upgrades to get the best deals to get the best service. Very polite and helped me sort out the best options for me.

The person dealing with my holiday was like a robot in that I was not having a conversation but being treated like a number. This was my first time booking in this way so I was unsure of the process and was not reassured by the manner of the person who was supposed to be helping.

The process is easy enough, but if you want preferable flights (which you could get easily enough going direct to the flight company or other travel companies...) it’s an extra cost. Also, having booked through groupon, we were given a selection of dates... we were unable to get our preferred date. Basically, both groupon and via holidays just come up with excuses to charge the customer more. It would be cheaper to book your own holiday through price comparison sites, and not through these package ‘deals’...
