They were real helpful until they got my payment then it was fast talking jerberish with no explanation of what they were doing.I'm not a lawyer and they talk like you should understand like one.

Lyle Warren and the team at Victory Tax Solutions did a great job in solving my tax issues. They were very thorough in their explanation on how they were going to go about handling things. They were in constant contact with me via phone and email to keep me informed of the process and all updates. I had hired a different company prior to them that went out of business and never resolved my tax issues. Hiring the Victory Tax Solutions team was the best decision I made. I highly recommend them to any one who is need of their service. I am a highly satisfied customer.

The professional team at Victory Tax Solutions has been vital in dealing with my tax issues. After I received a lien on my income, their team quickly took action. The IRS promptly lifted the lien after Victory Tax Solutions team went to work! They did a wonderful job determining my taxable income, which was vital in determining my lien status. They promptly take my calls and answer my questions with clear and concise answers, I always know exactly what is going on with my case. They often call after hours to bridge the gap between time zones and their team works extra hours to make sure their clientele get the attention they need.

They have helped me and my family immensely. I have no idea what I am doing and they were nice enough to always explain things for me. They have gone to bat for me through all of our problems. They didn't promise miracles but they sure came close to delivering them.

I had been unemployed for the past three years and the IRS and State had a lien on me for back taxes. I had fallen ill and unable to work all that time. Over the years I received letters in the mail from different tax solution companies but could not act on them since I was unemployed. I finally did call one when I knew I was going to get a job but the man who took my call was not very professional and did not seem to care about my situation.
By God's grace a week later, once employed, I heard an advertisement over the radio on my way home from church. I quickly put the number in my phone and called them on that Monday.
I received the most polite person, Terrance, who made me feel I could get through this situation with no problem. I told him I had just started working only two weeks and was trying to be proactive in getting in front of my tax situation by calling them to see what they could do to help me. The company Victory Tax Solutions allowed me to make two installments to get started. All the paperwork was submitted to me to sign within days of my first installment so they could get started working on my case. After the second payment, Terrance gave me a call the very next business day along with an attorney and explained to me how my case would go and what I could expect. I have $20,000 in tax debt between the two agencies and Victory Tax Solutions will be able to bring that to ZERO!!!! I am so grateful that I heard their advertisement and took the time to call.
They have been on top of every thing since I contacted them a month ago. I am also impressed in how quickly they processed my case. If it hadn't been for me getting paid every two weeks I would have seen results in a matter of weeks.

To be honest, I thought all hope was lost. I had a tough year with losing a job and trying to compensate investing in the Market.
