Top notch customer service turned my 1 to a 4
So I had some issues with my device being unusable due to the stock ecu file not being flashed back to the vehicle. Years ago I think a mistake was made regarding documentation for the users.
Long story short is I had this issue and left a bad review with 1 star, less than 1 day after viezu rang me to apologise and to provide me with some options to help me out.
This has really rekindled my faith in viezu.
Also their tunes are great so don't be scared to try it out. Especially with service like i just received.

Big thanks to Ian and the lads at viezu, dropped my transit custom To be remapped on the morning and picked it up on the afternoon a totally different van , Quality service and amazing gains to the van , would recommend to anyone looking to get work done on there vehicle, 👍
