Vinculum's False Claim of Finding Leakages from your Online Portal Account Payment Reconciliation.
We were referred to Vinculum by Ping Pong for Amazon account reconciliation. Impressed by the claims made by Seniors stating that 7 criteria's will be checked to trace leakages. Exactly opposite to that, none of the criteria was thoroughly checked. Rather a basic report with nominal leakage was forwarded once. There after there was no reply to any of our emails and phone calls. Every time we were assured of new date to provide leakage information with track record of filing each time. Completely un-professional approach. They don't have any system of pulling out such reports. Do not get driven by their or Ping Pong's promises that they will help in finding out your leakages. This are just marketing tactics with 100% false promises. If there would have been negative remarks, I would have given that as well. And finally there is no question of recommending them or Ping Pong to anyone. Never.

Inventory sync issues. Inventory allocation issues. Undertrained staff. Mapping issues. Everything is so difficult to streamline in this software. Interface is also not user friendly. Not reliable at all. Opting out of it. Browntape was much better. Infact even unnicomerce was a tad better than using this. Its a pain.

A lot of wrong information was given to us about the software which got cleared. lot of new scopes for future aspects were discussed which will be highly beneficial to us.
