A returning customer! I've used VIP many times, they are always polite, efficient and on-time. I won't use any other valet service from LHR.

Used VIP in June 2025. Excellent service with the car taken immediately upon arrival at Terminal 2. 15 minute delay upon return which I guess was caused by having no hand luggage and sailing through immigration. Perfectly acceptable.

A courteous and efficient service.
It had been a few years since I had needed to use a meet and greet service. A few months ago I used one of VIP's rivals and was very disappointed with them. I travelled again in May and remembered that VIP had always been reliable. I am delighted to say that they continued to offer excellent service and at a good price. The despatcher and driver were very courteous and everything went very smoothly.

I have used VIP Heathrow for many years and have always had a good experience. Okay you may sometimes have to wait a few minutes for the car to be returned but for the price, compared to almost all other operators, their service has always been good

I have used VIP Heathrow for many years. On my most recent trip, everything went very smoothly. My vehicle has always been returned in the same condition it was collected. I also find they offer great value for money.

We used this service in January 2025, the instructions are clear and if followed the process goes very well.
We arrived to drop off and our vehicle was inspected and taken very quickly but more importantly when we returned it was already in the parking area.
The attendant paid the fee for the car and we left using the ticket provided.
Keep in mind that, when checking comparison sites, not all companies factor in the parking costs so may come out cheaper until you have to pay this yourself.
I will definitely use them again and have used them on lots of occasions.

Unfortunately, our last experience with VIP Heathrow was very poor - the operations team on the day of departure were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

On our return trip it took well over an hour for our car to be returned...despite being told twice that the car was on it's way.

Also, the driver who collected and returned our car did not speak a word of English - hardly fills you with confidence when handing over the keys to your car.

Met us on time (as usual), helpful staff. Same upon our return.

I've used this meet and greet parking service several times and it has always been excellent. They are there to meet you on arrival at the drop-off and the car is ready to drive off on return with minimal wait - maximum five minutes in my experience. Consistently reliable, it's a pleasure to use.

Really impressed with VIP Heathrow from the moment I booked to the moment I collected the car on return. A very competitive price,which helps, but more importantly the way I was dealt with throughout was courteous and professional. I was met on time and the car was returned to me very quickly on arrival. I will definitely use again.

I am very precious about my car and so it's important for me to use a parking company I can trust. VIP Heathrow never fail to deliver an impeccable, slick, service and I always feel confident in handing over my car keys to them! I'd highly recommend them.

First class. Have used the VIP Service twice now and they have been professional and reliable from start to finish. I will be using them again later this year.

The Gold package is certainly value for money. The meet and greet before my flight and on my return can not be faulted. Very seemless throughout.

Excellent and reliable service. They even checked my tyre pressures for me.

Easy to book online and great value. Comprehensive information in terms of what to do and when on departure and arrival days. Very pleasant and helpful staff who take and return your car and very prompt service when returning the car which is important at the end of a trip when you just want to get home.

Great company to deal with, they were extremely helpful on the phone and the drop off instructions were very easy to follow and they were waiting for me when I arrived. When I came back from holiday they returned my car within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

The service was good overall. I didn't have to wait long for the drivers at drop off or pick up, and the car seemed to be well looked after. I did find the directions to the VIP section of T5 car park a bit tricky to follow though.
The £6 car parking ticket on our return seemed a lot on top of what I had already paid (especially as the ticket left in the car from drop off had only cost £3.60).

VIP works! I have used them for a number of years and they are my default option for parking at Heathrow. Responsive and helpful, I contact them by phone on the way to the airport, an easy valet type transfer of the car when arriving at the airport for our departure and an equally easy return of the car when arriving back in the UK.

We have been using VIP Heathrow Meet and Greet for a number of years and have always had good service from them. Our most recent experience was September 2023 Our outward flight car drop off at Terminal 5 was quick and easy. On our return12 days later the car was brought to us on Level 4, Row S Terminal 5 within a few minutes of making our way there from baggage collection. Overall an excellent service as always.
