Very bad experience with Virgin Media

Very bad experience with Virgin Media. They continued charging me for 2 months after my contract ended and refused to help properly. They also would not give me the package advertised on their website, saying it is “only for new customers.” It feels unfair that loyal customers are treated worse than new ones. Customer service was disappointing and not helpful at all. I would not recommend Virgin Media based on my experience.

As with all providers, we have introductory offers to new customers. At the start of all of our customers' time with us, they will have benefited from such a deal. Once this expires, we'll always do all that we can to offer the best existing customer deal that's available.

We also send out an end of contract notification to all of our customers before their minimum agreed term comes to an end, highlighting both the new package price and any other offers that may be of interest.

We're always happy to review your package and cost to help find one that best suits your needs and budget. This doesn't always mean a downgrade.

The most underrated broadband!

The most underrated broadband!! The customer service is completely out of order. You have to be waiting for hours on the phone to speak to someone,and at the end the problem it’s not resolved. People that work for Virgin have no idea what they are doing and passing you from one person to another, it’s ridiculous. I was better off with talk talk at least you get to speak to customer service as soon as you call them.
Most of broadband providers are useless but virgin is completely on a different level of being useless.
