This is the funnest workout ever!
This is the funnest workout ever! I hate working out but needed to lose some weight per Dr’s orders. I found this place online and decided to give it a try. Wow.. what an experience. I am now a regular going 4-5 times per week and enjoying every moment of it!!

Omer is an excellent instructor. He drive your energy out. encourage you and the music, the motion, the energy, the atmosphere are fantastic. You can have an awesome workout in an hour.
