I was scammed on an application for a visa and unable to contact anyone . Last minute gave up on that and returned to visa genie that I had used before. Excellent service and contactable.

After trying unsuccessfully to sort out our own Visas for India, we took the advice of our tour company. Go to Vis Genie.
What a difference! One form easily completed, two images sent by email from both of us and a few days later the two visas arrived.
Our advice would be, don’t bother on the Government website for Visas where we had to re-enter data over 4 times - just contact Visa Genie and save the hassle!
