Quick shipping and so far so good for the drives ordered.

Great products, prices and service!

I placed an order on the 27th.
Order was confirmed via email on the 28th and again via email on the 29th.
Someone from the company checked my LinkedIn account.
Order was then shipped on the 30th (3rd calendar day and 2nd business day).

Until the moment I had my part on the test bench and it was checking good, I wasn't sure if this was a scam because of how bizarre the order process was.

Here's how it normally works: I give you money, right away you tell me you got my money, and at the start of the next shipping day you ship my part and tell me the tracking number. Maybe a follow up call to see if everything went well with my order and to sell me more stuffs.

Take 3 days to get back to me while you check my Linkedin profile is more of a bad date senario.

Price was well below market so I might purchase a discounted part again; however, if it were at or near market rate, I wouldn't.

Vista staff are very knowledgeable and dependable. We have never been let down or dissatisfied with their service or products.

Though there were some issues with shipping, those problems were sorted out quickly and completely. Customer service was top notch.

I'm not Sure what a trust pilot is.. but no matter, I still trust Vista. When you deal in a business where everyone is trying to squeeze every last nickel from a deal its important to me to be able to work with people who shoot strait, work quickly and when an issue does arise, have the ability and the know how to work through it.

No children working there , just professionals. I can always recommend them to anyone.

few issues, mostly on areas outside of sellers control (like in shipment delays), and missed couple of pieces, but latter was resolved quickly enough. Overall good experience :)
