Has this company gone bust - trying to ring them and no answer, my solar panels are not working. how can i get in touch with this

Even after a court judgement and they admitted they owe me my deposit I am still waiting for my refund 12 months later....
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY BOUNCE CHEQUES AND LIE.

Shit after sales service 48 phone calls mostly unanswered when they do no help at all leave message and no call back have been trying to get this sorted out since 24/4/25 still no luck

This company looks like when you cancel then just keep the refund .Phone calls get cut promises broken no money in the accounts when a cheque arrived bank refused payment due to insufficient money in there accounts .Left numerous voicemails but still nothing .Am taking this further as the company seems to be one big con when it comes to a refund basis like the others on here ..

I signed a contract and paid deposit of £1500 for removal of Sprayfoam insulation. The specialist team did not arrive on the agreed start date. When they arrived on the following day, they refused to do the work. When I hadn’t heard anything from them more than 24 hours later, I rang and cancelled. A regional manager subsequently visited, was exceedingly apologetic but accepted my mistrust- the two men who had inspected the job had said it was closed cell foam when in fact it was open. He agreed to get the deposit refunded. This has not happened despite repeated phone calls, a formal letter, a letter in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and a letter before action.

My 70 year old parents have paid a deposit and can't go through with the work and Vita hasn't given them back the deposit and are not answering the emails or phone calls. It's sad they can do this to old people. I really wouldn't trust them.

I was considering having my conservertory roof insulated but was put of by the reviews on this site. However I decided to go ahead and am very pleased with the finished result.
From the survey to installation everything went according to plan and therefore Im happy to recomend the services of VITA

They cold called me by phone and knew my name. I asked them to remove my name from their list and she put the phone down before I finished my sentence- rude - I was not rude to her!

Scam company.
Have taken our money and despite cancelling in the cooling off period have failed to repay the money as of yet.
They do not respond to telephone calls & the email address provided comes back as not recognised.

Sent through details so that they could resolve the matter (although they obviously already had all the details) Sadly, still no response!

Very pleased with the results of having properla coated onto our external walls. Happy with the colour and the 3 people who applied the coating.

On July 18th 2023 Vita Home Improvements Ltd installed 1 x PylonTech 2.4 Kw battery and Solis Controller for total sum of £3,350.00 at 4 Brinksway, Fleet, GU51 3LZ.

Whilst the battery appears to have performed satisfactorily, the same cannot be said for the Solis controller which has never shown any feed made to ‘load’.

Several times throughout the following year I reported the fault and each time was told that an engineer would be asked to inspect the problem. Despite repeated reminders nothing was done apart from on one occasion when a purported engineer promised he would make a site visit when he was next in the area. Nothing was seen or heard from the engineer.

After 12 months chasing and getting nowhere I decided I had no alternative but to replace the faulty unit which I did at a cost of £1,674,00. on 28th August 2024.

I consider that Vita were given plenty of opportunities and time to correct the fault and failed to do so and were therefore in breach of contract.

P.S. Despite numerous attempts to contact Vita by telephone throughout the year none were successful.

I have been waiting for over 3 months for the return of my deposit of £1,000.00. I had agreed to have my roof cleaned but changed my mind a few days later. The company telephone number is never answered. I have tried calling multiple times and written emails. No-one from the company has replied.

An excellent positive, professional service and experience.
Last week, I had the roof of my house and brick built shed roof cleaned and treated. A Father and son team attended. Their names were Darren and James. On Wednesday the 17th July 2024 they attended and started at 08.15am. They finished for the day at 6.15pm. They had a very quick 30 minute break and worked like trojans throughout the day. It was a filthy job as there was copious amounts of moss and bird poo. The roof had not been cleaned for over 40 years. Darren and James took great pains to protect my lawn and patio with tarpaulins. It was a boiling hot day. They were fastidious in tidying up after themselves which included cleaning my neighbour's gutters and clearing up a small amount of debris that had fallen into my neighbour's gardens on the other side of the house. All debris was taken away. They returned to finish the job on Friday 19th July 2024, another hot day. There was good prompt interaction between myself and their Manager as I wanted to clarify and ensure roof tiles would be replaced and if necessary some repositioned. All damaged roof tiles were replaced and those that needed it repositioned. I highly recommend Vita Home Improvements, but if you want your roof cleaned and treated to a very high standard ask for Darren and James to attend. I have discussed the poor reviews and poor customer service with the Manager who is taking action to rectify this downfall. It is a pity to witness this when I have nothing but praise for the work done by Vita (Darren and James.) It was an excellent job well done.

Had our roof cleaned and coated by Vita. The process was quick and easy. The workmen were efficient and tidied up behind them. More than happy with the end result!

Charge elderly householders thousands for a few hours work "cleaning" roof causing damage and spraying with chemicals.
Needs Trading Standards & Police action urgently.

Total disgrace. Fitted an interior roof in my conservatory, didn’t close the vents so I had water running down inside on the windows and frames. Made promises to put it right still waiting 5 months on, also never received my guarantee, no surprise there! IF you get through you only get told lies, one minute Robert works for this company dealing with insulation, the next he just contracts to them and he hasn’t be paid by them, still promising to correct the damage! So just a total waste of breath! They should be given a minus, not worth one star! They need closing down asap.😡

Avoid at all cost they scammed my elderly father out of money never did the job and have no way of contacting them at all never pick the phone up and email address is void !!!

this company are not honest with their customers, do not tell them that their home will be hosed down with high power jet evenundercover areas. They make excuses not to finish the job if weather wet they cannot work. When i cancelled them after just 2 men spent 2 hours just hosing down house, they refused to refund my £500 deposit. Disgusting!!!
