Je suis très reconnaissante à Vitanova, qui m'a permis de réaliser mon rêve d'être maman! et pourtant je partais de loin (j'avais 42 ans et les probabilités contre moi).
C'est une super clinique, avec des médecins et un personnel très humains, et un très bon suivi médical. Je n'ai pas de mal avec l'anglais mais ils ont des francophones dans l'équipe, ce qui est un plus. La clinique est très chouette et facilement accessible de l'aéroport. Les médecins sont très professionels et répondent aux questions par mail. Je suis bien contente de les avoir choisis!

I am a single woman in my 30s who pursued IVF treatment at Vitanova. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely distressing and resulted in significant physical pain, emotional distress, and loss of trust in the clinic.

During my cycle, I learned that Vitanova does not offer or utilize many technologies and treatment options commonly available at other fertility clinics, such as EmbryoScope or time-lapse monitoring, AI-assisted embryo grading, pre-stimulation priming, hormone level monitoring during stimulation, dual-trigger protocols, Zymot sperm selection, calcium ionophore, or individualized protocol adjustments. My cycle followed a standard, uniform protocol, which in my opinion did not reflect personalized care.

My IVF cycle resulted in significantly fewer blastocysts than would typically be expected for a healthy woman in her early 30s. When I contacted the clinic multiple times by phone and email requesting an explanation and a detailed embryology report, I did not receive one. The only response I was given was that my outcome was “a fair result.” My follow-up requests were not addressed, leaving me confused and distressed.
During stimulation, I experienced severe pain in the days leading up to egg retrieval and was repeatedly told this was normal. During egg retrieval, I remained fully awake and was provided morphine, yet still experienced significant pain and emotional distress. I did not receive meaningful follow-up afterward to explain what occurred or to address my concerns.
Additionally, the Medical Director at the time, Grigorios Kalapotharakos, repeatedly addressed me by my last name during interactions, which I personally found uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Because my trust in the clinic had been fundamentally compromised, I made the decision to move my embryos to another clinic in a different country. Several months later, I pursued IVF at a clinic that utilized modern laboratory technology, individualized protocols, pre-stimulation priming, hormone monitoring during stimulation, EmbryoScope, PGT-A testing, and full sedation during egg retrieval. With this approach and a supportive medical and embryology team, I achieved significantly better outcomes, including multiple euploid blastocysts.

I am sharing my experience so others can ask informed questions, understand differences between clinics, and decide for themselves what level of care they want. This review reflects my personal experience; others may have different outcomes. I wish I had read more detailed patient accounts before choosing Vitanova.

Kunnig personal och personligt bemötande. Vi har fått mycket bra hjälp och resultaten efter behandling, antalet befruktade ägg och att alla hittills gått att tina och återföra är så långt mycket bättre än via regionens behandlingar hemma att vi nu vågar drömma mer om att få vårt efterlängtade barn till sist.

Wichtig in einem Fitness-Studio ist mir, dass ich nicht nur regelmäßig meine Übungen runterreiße, sondern dass auch gesehen wird, was ich da mache. Korrekturen schützen mich vor Fehlbelastungen und ggf. vor Verletzungen. Eventuelle Anpassungen mit Weglassen oder Dazu helfen mir, dass ich mich mit meiner gewünschten Fitness weiterentwickle. Einer der stets aufmerksam beobachtet und bei Bedarf hilfreich zeigt, wie es ggf. besser und entlastender geht ist, das ist Goran. Sympathisch und kompetent bringt er einen wieder auf den richtigen Weg. Vitanova darf sich glücklich schätzen, Goran in seinen Reihen zu haben. Ein besseren Multiplikator gibts nicht.

Im living abroad and have been in contact with Vitanova Clinic for a while because of IVF treatment. There are some things that make this clinic, in my case,different:
-Emalis,calls will be the same day answered during all your treatment and during your pregnancy
- medication was discussed with physician and adjusted so side effects was minimal
- atmosphere in der clinic unbelievable calm, friendly and encouraging

I can’t thank Vitanova enough for the incredible care and support they gave me. As a single woman hoping to become a mother, I was nervous at first — but the team at Vitanova made me feel completely comfortable, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

The clinic is warm, welcoming, and professional. Every step of the process was handled with kindness and clarity, and I always felt like I was in the best hands. Thanks to them, I now have my beautiful daughter — the greatest joy of my life.

I never once regretted my decision to go to Vitanova, and I would absolutely do it again. They are doing something truly special for people who dream of becoming parents.

La Clinique VITANOVA a été merveilleuse avec mon épouse et moi. Le personnel est bienveillant, réactif, à l'écoute. La prise en charge est excellente, tout comme le suivi à distance. Je recommande bien évidemment.

Vitanova found a suitable egg donor for us. We had to travel to the clinic from abroad 3 times, but it was worth it. But the "remote treatment " in cooperation with my local doctor was very simple. Now our little bundle of joy is already learning to crawl. I could not be happier

It was a great choice to choose vitanova. efficiency transparency and full of support with professional advices. Without the help of vitanova, my family cannot be so consummate this quick.

I had a really good experience at vitanova. They were very informative, good at explaining, supportive and also very kind when I was panicking at the egg retrieval. The pain management was also a lot better than in Australia where I had IVF first, and even being able to lie down in the nice recovery room afterwards was so much better than just sitting in a chair afterwards. Communication over email and phone was also great, particularly as I had a lot of challenges getting the right scans and tests during the injections (I was in the Netherlands). Overall a great professional and warm experience.

Vitanova did a very Professional Job While still keeping everything supportive.
Even when we had to get a second donor on Short notice they reacted fast an reliable.
Maybe sometimes a Little chaotic on email handling. So it is ‚only‘ 4 not 5 stars

Suite à la fermeture de notre ancienne clinique à Copenhague, tout notre dossier a été transféré à Vitanova. Nous étions stressées car ne connaissant pas l’équipe ni l’endroit, nous sommes allées un peu à l’aveugle. Nous étions agréablement surprises deja par la prise en charge initiale très rassurante avec de réponses rapides par mail et téléphone. RDV assez facile et notre meilleur cadeau : une grossesse du premier coup et une belle naissance de notre 2eme garçon.
Merci à toute l’équipe sur place et continuez avec le super travail que vous faites car vous rendez heureux ceux et celles qui ont le reve d’avoir une famille !

Nous tenions à mettre cet avis 5 étoiles à Vitanova, chez qui nous avons poursuivi notre 2e parcours de PMA suite à le fermeture de notre précédente clinique à Copenhague.
Nous étions un peu stressées de changer de team, mais dès les 1ers échanges en visio et par mail nous avons été convaincues du professionnalisme de l'équipe.
Il s'agissait d'un protocole FIV. L'équipe a été très douce et rapide pour la ponction d'ovocytes, et nous a proposé une prise en charge de la douleur adaptée. Puis nous avons passé 5 jours entre Copenhague et Malmo, durant lesquels nous avons eu des nouvelles tous les 2 jours de l'évolution de nos embryons. Cela est très rassurant comparé à certaines structures en France où tout se passe via des messages sur une application.
L'empathie est au rendez vous, vous n'êtes pas juste une patiente mais une mère en devenir.
Effectivement les soins peuvent maintenant être fait en France pour les personnes de même sexe, mais la durée d'attente, l'absence d'accès aux banques de sperme européennes et surtout le manque d'empathie de nos équipes françaises font que nous ne regretterons jamais nos multiples séjours à Copenhague pour avoir la chance d'être mamans.
Je souhaite à Vitanova de rester à taille humaine et à l'écoute de ses patientes.

Idag sitter jag här med min son och jag har Vitanova att tacka för det. De har varit stöttande, väldigt snälla och gulliga genom mina ivf:er.

Kunde fått hjälp i Sverige där jag bor men valde Vitanova för deras proffsighet och att de var väldigt tillmötesgående.

Kände mig trygg och hörd genom hela processen. Skulle jag göra om allt hade jag valt Vitanova igen utan att tveka!

Getting IVF treatment in Switzerland as a single woman is not possible so I researched for alternatives in a different country. I came across Vitanova and booked a consultation. I was very pleased I could book it in German, so I would definitely understand everything. The consultation went very well and I had a good feeling to proceed with Vitanova.
The team was always reachable via email, helpful, kind, understanding.. I felt welcome and taken care of.
Even when I changed my mind from IUI to IVF, they adapted the plan quickly and I had another consultation to make sure I understood the whole process.
For the egg collection and first try I traveled for the first time to Copenhagen to the clinic. Meeting the kind and caring team there made me realize I made the right decision.
When the first transfer didn’t work out, as soon as I was ready for the second transfer I got instructions on how to proceed.
The second transfer worked and now I’m holding my three week old baby boy in my arms while writing this.
